Perhaps because of the title of the company, I had the impression that two cleaners were coming. I waited at my apartment until 110pm and no one showed up. I called the company and was told a cleaner was coming at 130pm. By 130, I got another call and was told a cleaner was coming at 2pm. I was annoyed. When Dasha, the cleaner, showed up by herself. I was worried that the day would end poorly. My apartment was in a particularly wet location in Seattle which meant mildew grew rapidly and my bathroom looked terrible after we moved out (shame on me). Dasha assured that she would take care of it. She estimated 5 hours of work. I called the company to negotiate the price again (side note: does this happen to anyone else that the intial estimate price is never close to the actual price?) By the time I returned to the apartment in 5 hours, the place was f**king spotless. It was cleaner than before I moved in. I was floored! Poor Dasha was starving so I tipped her and bid her goodbye. I would've given this company a lower mark if it wasn't for the amazing job Dasha had done here. The end product is a solid five stars.

Many other maid services here charge between $140-$200 for a basic cleaning. They also offer various special services and cleaning packages (regular, deep clean, etc) for dirtier homes but even their basic cleaning covers what most people would want on a regular basis. My cleanings are auto scheduled and it's super easy to adjust this schedule or add extra cleanings. My housekeeper has been the same each service, which I think is nice as I completely trust her in my home alone now. She's always been very nice and professional. She's also good with pets; my dog is excited every time she comes over. I've never been disappointed with the job she's done and appreciate all the small touches they do (tucking in sheets, decorative towel folding, shining the sink, etc). I'm especially impressed she's able to get my floors so clean given that they are usually covered in pet hair.

He provided a very reasonable bid that evening and started the project the following Monday morning per my request. He prepped the work area with complete protection and enclosed the project room with a tented environment. He and team worked tirelessly all day without a lunch break I think. After repair of the ceiling crack, which was about 25 feet in length, he left fans and tenting to dry the area thoroughly for 1 day and returned the following day to sand and paint. The results were fantastic. It looks like a brand new ceiling and the color matching and paint look completely seamless. Well done Angel and thank you for quickly solving our problem.

Two young women cleaned our house in about three hours, and really went above and beyond, getting down into the nooks and crannies and really making sure it was spotless for our move-out. It was easy to book online, they were communicative, punctual, efficient, and really did a fantastic job. They deserve every penny! Would absolutely use this company again.
