Admittedly I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, but I'd become accustomed to showing up after the cleaning service had been through and having to touch up things that were missed. I was beyond delighted to arrive at the condo Freedom Cleaners had detailed for me (on short notice in a pinch when the other cleaner hadn't showed, hours before our photography appointment), and find the place absolutely sparkling. Inside and out of appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, baseboards, every corner of the bathroom down to the fixtures being free of water spots, and best of all the floors had gone from gritty to being a pleasure to walk on barefoot. Amazing work - they'll be a go-to contact for me next time!

Consistency matters when you're inviting people into your home, and this team has been incredibly reliable. Every cleaner I've encountered has been professional, thorough, and, just as importantly, in great spirits. That may seem like a small detail, but it makes a significant difference. Energy matters, especially in your personal space, and their positive attitude is something I truly value. Over the years, I have never had a negative experience with this company. The level of care, respect, and consistency they bring into my home has built a strong sense of trust. She saved me from doing a move-out cleaning I had NO energy for so I am forever grateful to her. I thought her pricing was reasonable given the job she had. She does need to realize women don't like to hear their house is a disaster or is really dirty. If she cut that out of her initial quote I bet she'd have more fans and/or better reviews. I will use her services again. I recommend her for move-out cleaning, I have no experience with her for weekly or monthly cleaning.

I called…read moreLadonna this afternoon to see about a same-day cleaning for my apartment and was told she would need to see the place before committing to the job, which is completely understandable. Upon arrival to my street, I received frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she "didn't have time for this," even though she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and I could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said "I can't." and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven't provoked that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school... I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had.

They weren't available in my timeline so I had another team come out and perform a deep cleaning. However, I did ask Hawa to send a house keeper for weekly maintenance 2 days after the deep cleaning wasdone by other team. They came at 12.45pm and left at 6.30pm. And then proceeded to charge us $655 - that's a rate of $60 per person (2 people) per hour. That is unbelievable. And they said it's because deep cleaning was required - which is false because I had literally just got deep cleaning done. When I asked her to tell me how she got to that rate, she said "it is what it is". In short, crooks. I will certainly NOT be using their service, no thank you. And buyer beware. Oh and they didn't even take the trash out...
