I hired Mariah's Cleaning Service because she spent much time on the phone with me as I took photos of the areas that needed to be cleaned. I'd say he had good standards of "clean" because he had estimated 4 hours but ended up taking 6 hours to achieve his goals. I booked Green Lab Maids for move out cleaning and frankly I wouldn't use them again. Some parts of…read morethe apartment were well cleaned, but the problem was inconsistency. Many of the cabinets were obviously still dirty, some windows were cleaner than others, and there were extremely obvious dirt/soot and adhesives next to a few windows that were not cleaned. After the cleaning was done, I spent several hours personally doing additional cleaning, which defeated the purpose of hiring someone else. The other issue was communication. We very clearly indicated beforehand that we should be given advance notice before the cleaning ended so we could come and inspect the result. Instead, the cleaner notified us when the cleaning was already done, and packed all of his supplies before we arrived to inspect so that he couldn't fix anything up. When the above issues were discussed, he said that we should have gotten a 'deep cleaning' to address those (this was never mentioned to me at all before). We paid $429 for this cleaning (2 br), and I had accepted all upsells, including very explicitly that cabinets and windows were included. This wasn't even an excessively dirty apartment - just pretty normal wear and tear. If you're looking to pay someone to just take care of your move out cleaning and not have to micro manage or worry about it, this is not the place.

And they accommodated! Not only was the response extremely timely but they worked their butts off to get it cleaned in time for the new tenant to arrive that same day! I couldn't have been more impressed with their level of service, commitment to seeing the project through to completion, friendliness, and just overall professionalism. The women paid so much attention to detail and really had to use extra elbow grease in some areas. I was blown away! I call this my team of angels. Through the entirety of the cleaning they were smiling and laughing, maybe out of empathy for the condition the tenants left the place in, but nonetheless, it was welcomed energy! Will use again, absolutely! A Pearly Clean has my highest recommendation!
