DO NOT TRUST!!! I booked a move-out cleaning for 2 hours/ $360 for a 1,390 square feet town house. They gave me a final bill of $960, without ever telling me when they arrived at the house, or during the cleaning. Their explanation was, move-out cleaning takes time when it involves when it involves refrigerator and oven (which in my view is standard with any move-out cleaning). Now they are just going to work with leasing agent and take money from security deposit (Alpha Maids was recommended by leasing agent). Adrys Cleaning Services does an amazing job! It's hard to find a house cleaner that will service a condo in downtown Seattle without quoting you a high priced amount due to parking issues, building entry instructions and the pain of getting to your location due to traffic. However, with Adrys Cleaning Service, I could call them at a minutes notice and they could clean my place within a few days, which is great when you need your place cleaned due to guests coming over or your place just needs a deep clean. Thank you NW Alpha Maids! They did an AMAZING job!! I can't believe it! I spoke to Luis and he was very quick, responsive, and scheduled me on the day we needed them to come out (we were on a deadline to sell our house). On the day they came out, we had to ask them to work around the contractor's mess because he was delayed a day. They came early and went straight to work and spent most of the day there. They didn't even take a break! We had them deep clean the kitchen and some appliances that had stuck on grease... they barely used any products and it looked brand new! I think I would've gone through 2 garbage bags of paper towels to get rid of all of that grease. Oven, stovetop, fridge, hood fan looked brand new again. I've never seen the dishwasher inside look that clean. They cleaned all of our windows and tracks with no streaks! They vacuumed and cleaned our hardwood floors. They did all of that in the time that I think I could've cleaned half of my windows. They are so hardworking. Highly recommend! We will use them again! read more
