Nothing feels better than a spring reset but I knew I probably couldn't do the job as well as the pros, so I found Neatme through Yelp Request a Quote. Sam responded quickly and I was able to find an appointment that worked for me and paid the deposit easily. They arrived on time and after I showed them to the bathrooms, they were off to work! One of my bathrooms is a half bath and wasn't too bad, but the other two are full baths. One of them is the kids' bathroom and the other is our master bathroom. The kids bathroom, as you can imagine, needed some TLC. After Neatme was in there it's sparkling and smells great! Our bathroom was the bear. I'll be honest - our shower is SO hard to clean. There was nasty build up and soap scum that literally makes me gag when I try to clean it (LOL I am so sorry to these guys) but they got it literally SPOTLESS! I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. I'm so excited to have it so clean and starting over on a literal clean slate. Overall super super happy with the work Neatme did and I'll be hiring them in the future for other deep cleaning needs.

They show up and immediately ask to use our vacuum because theirs is broken. Fine, but it's a cordless stick vacuum so not enough charge for even 1/3 of the house. Everything goes well but 2 hours in and they haven't finished vacuuming the upstairs or the stairs. They finish up everything else within time and point to my vacuum and where they plugged the charger in indicating the vacuuming isn't dime. Everything else was fine which I told them that. Then the person texting me sends me an invoice on Venmo asking for the full amount. I say it wasn't all dine because they didn't vacuum half the house. They proceed to accuse me of lying and after insisting offers me a $30 discount. Fine. I'm putting my kids to bed so when I get back to read the texts I got, they're being snotty with me about "don't tell my employees something is fine when it's not." So I say no we are dine. Can el my cleanings. And I'm only paying 2/3 because that's how much work was done. THEN the person starts threatening me. See texts. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I did ask that they remove some paint and clean the stairs which they did do a good job. However the windows which there were many just got wiped over, all the panes still had spots and were smeared and you could see where they had wiped with a cloth. When I showed them they said they would clean them. All they were doing was spot cleaning what I had to point out, instead of cleaning the whole pane. All of the panes needed to be cleaned individually. I got so upset on how they were trying to fix it I just gave them there money knowing that was the best I was going to get.

Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.
