We just moved to the area and needed some maintenance done on our Sienna. We really liked our mom…read moreand pop shop in SoCal so wanted to find something similar here. I think we found it! Located in the same complex (actually right next door) to Midas. Smallish shop and the techs will also handle the front office work. I don't mind. Greasy hands but down to earth and seems to know his stuff. Communication is key for these small shops and he explained everything with good detail to me. He gave me the option to replace my spark plugs since I've never done it before and the minivan was like 12 years old. He showed me the spark plugs that he took out and explained his work. Prices were competitive and it seems like they did good work. Time will tell, but so far, we'll be coming back!

I recently brought my Mazda Miata to Kim's Auto Care for rear shock replacement, and the experience…read moregenuinely impressed me. During the repair, one of the premium shocks Kim had ordered arrived defective. Instead of hiding the issue or passing the cost on to me, as many shops might, he called me immediately, explained the situation, and took full ownership. To keep the job moving, he installed OEM shocks, reduced the price accordingly, and stood behind the work with a 12‑month warranty on parts and labor. That level of honesty and integrity is rare in auto repair, and it earned my respect. The Miata rides well, no more bottoming out, and for my everyday driving I wouldn't have known the difference between OEM and premium. What matters most is that Kim did exactly what he said he would do, handled a setback the right way, and treated me fairly throughout. Because of that, he's gained me as a repeat customer. I highly recommend Kim's Auto Care.

They consistently get my car into the shop within a reasonable timeframe, and just last week they were able to get me in even earlier than expected, and turned around repairs same day. Prices always seem reasonable for the services they provide, and their representatives are always extremely kind during the diagnosis and communication process.

I took the vehicle to two different places before bringing it to Integrity after a recommendation. Integrity spent some time troubleshooting and called me with a quote on the tailgate motor. The price was reasonable and I had them do the work to replace the motor. The following morning, the tailgate failed to close properly. I called Integrity and they had me bring the vehicle in. They discovered some corrosion on a connection, made the repair, and I was able to pick up the vehicle the same day. The tailgate is now working well. I appreciate the professionalism here. They are courteous, take time to understand the issue, asked if I had done any troubleshooting of my own, and are very communicative. I really felt like I had my vehicle in a shop where they cared about making sure the vehicle was functioning correctly. If I need any kind of service or repairs in the future, I will go there first for a quote.

What a ripoff and untrustworthy service!…read more I took my van in for power door lock and interior lights not working. I told them it may not be the fuse but an integration relay issue which they confirmed upon diagnosis. I also asked for a full inspection of the vehicle and told them do it ONLY if the power door lock and interior light issue is fixed. However, they did not wait and did the full inspection and charged me for it even though the power door lock issue and interior light was not fixed. They refused to give me back the key unless I paid for the full inspection which I unfortunately had to since I had no choice. A very bad experience. I will never trust them with my vehicles again.

Call came…read moreThursday Afternoon that the engine had oil everywhere and would need to be steam cleaned to determine where the leak was coming from. They would clean it Friday and see what they could find. (I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they did not put the oil filter back in correctly causing oil to go everywhere) Did not get contacted until Monday afternoon and was told the car was not leaking and was ready to be picked up. Picked up my car, spoke to the guy at the front desk who informed me that I needed to drive it for a week and see if it leaks because they could not find a leak and they tightened everything. Drove home parked my car over a puddle, when I came out your could see some sort of fluid floating in the puddle, opened the hood and my engine was dirty, does not look like it was cleaned at all. Called the office and was told the engine had oil everywhere and they only cleaned that, also he told me to drive it for a week and see what happens and that the leak was probably coming from the oil pan that they cleaned. Still leaking after spending $259.00.

He's a long standing pro who knows what he is doing. There aren't any shortcuts either. If you gamble on a used transmission or a rebuilt one from an online high volume rebuilder, you will get what you pay for, or worse. If you love your vehicle, or just want it to be reliable again, take your problem transmission to Rob. He charges fair, industry standard fees, but you get the reliability that goes with it. Best part is his complete honesty that seems to be very rare in these parts anymore. Rob is the transmission guy. Go no further or anywhere else.

He came back another week later stating it definitely was my transmission and it would be 5500$! If I didn't want to go forward it would be 1100$ to put it back together and for their time when I asked to get another opinion. I felt trapped and scammed. They charged me for other items like sensors for outside temperature that never worked properly. I was extremely disappointed and feel scammed.
