Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I love how it looks! The owner was also there overseeing the busy shop and she does a great job! Well-stocked and new paint, etc. Scott has installed alarms, sound, dash cams, sound insulation on my last three cars; he is the best in the Northwest, no doubt!!

The tint looks terrible around the rearview mirror, but I was told this is the best they can do. To make matters worse, I wasn't able to properly inspect or approve the final result before paying because it needed weeks to cure due to the frigid temperatures at the time. Be sure your expectations are fully aligned before getting tinting done here. I didn't know what I was signing up for, and I couldn't be more disappointed by the lack of accountability.

They use customer supplied parts, which is really a nice option. Most shops I go to do not (for good reason it can be a PIA). I had a front anti rock installed (CSP) and I had the wrong hardware, they corrected the hardware and the Jeep flexes out perfectly. They also replaced the front ball joints. Appreciated the quick service. Many shops have a hard time working with after market lifted and modified vehicles/parts. Khaotik did a great job for me. They understand 4x4s that work for a living.
