I mentioned some competitors' pricing, and he went out of his way to give me the absolute lowest price on fixing my iPad screen.The customer service here is unmatched. Not only did they beat the price, but I have recently gotten into religion and always wanted a Bible. Amazingly, they had Bibles at the shop that he was giving out for free! It was completely unexpected and cool--it felt like I was meant to walk through their doors that day.To top it off, they even had cold beverages and snacks out for customers. Dian is incredibly generous, the repair was quick and flawless, and they will be fixing all of my electronics from now on. You simply can't get better than Simple Phone Solutions!

It was suggested I replace my very old laptop with a newer model with Windows 11, by another IT & Computer Repair shop. I chose to contact Jason's PC & Laptop Repair instead. He identified / diagnosed the issues on my laptop, shared his knowledge and took the time to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. When I picked my laptop up. He went over all the changes / IMPROVEMENTS he made. Jason cleaned and upgraded my laptop, GAVE ME NEW HINGES (Thank You very much!!), installed Windows 11! It is likened to a brand-new laptop, working faster and better than ever. My old and tired laptop is in top shape and will last me a few more years. Excellent, professional, friendly service. Jason is Knowledgeable, trustworthy, Efficient, Courteous, Honest and Awesome! I highly recommend Jason and his business! He saved me alot of money!

I handed my laptop off to him to be repaired (broken screen hinge) and he said he'd give me a quote within 2 days or so. He ended up giving me the exact price for the part needed as well as his service fee within less than 24 hours. And of course, I'm very happy my laptop is working again! :)

    My experience here was truly unpleasant and infuriating…read more I stopped in to the Pearl location on 4/27. My phone has a loose speaker grill and the front glass of my phone needs to be replaced, as it is so scratched that the selfie camera is unusable. First off, despite being the only customer in the store, I had to wait ~5 minutes before the clerk came out of the back room. When he finally appeared I asked about the needed repairs, and the clerk said, "Sure I can do that." Then he told me that all he could do for the speaker was squirt some superglue up into the speaker port/grille and that it "might fix the issue but usually doesn't and blocks the speaker. But that's the only thing I can do about that." So the "Sure I can do that" was just a lie. That isn't a repair, that is squirting superglue and hoping for the best. Luckily I managed to stop him before he did it without verifying that I actually wanted him to do it. He quite literally was already reaching for the glue until I said "Well, then I absolutely don't want you to do that." THEN the clerk proceeded to pull out a screen protector box, and began opening it. When I saw him get the screen protector out, I asked him, "Is that a screen protector? Because I actually need the front glass replaced." He didn't stop what he was doing, continued applying the screen protector, and just said, "That's not worth it." Despite the fact that I already explained to him that I had a VERY specific reason for requesting that the glass of the phone itself be replaced. I never requested that he apply a screen protector, in fact I tried to stop him from applying it. He didn't even ask me about the type of screen protector, and installed a matte one. Even if I wanted a screen protector, I never would have selected a matte one, nor would I have applied it on an already heavily damaged screen. And, obviously, the screen protector over the top of the scratched glass does nothing to fix the selfie camera issue. He also installed it without the typical application tool, so the screen protector was misaligned. Frankly it really felt like the clerk simply wasn't interested in doing any actual repair work, and just wanted me to leave so he could go into the back room and chill there again. He was doing anything "repair" he could, as fast as he could, so that he had an excuse to charge me for it, even though he failed to do anything I asked.

I contacted customer service and the very friendly and helpful representative was able to drop our basic cable and set us up on an internet only plan. Our wifi modem was out of date, so she found a nearby store where we could pick one up when we dropped off the old modem and cable boxes. She gave me the store hours as well, which leads me to the review of this particular store. We walked in and were greeted by a man at a podium checking people in. I told him why we were there and he put me on the list. There were about 3 people ahead of me. They had about 4 employees helping customers, so the waiting was only about 10-15 minutes. Not too bad for a Saturday morning. My transaction only took about 5 minutes. The employee, I think his name was Austin, was helpful and efficient. He was able to get me the updated modem I needed for our new plan, and we were on our way. Once back home, we set up the new modem. It was fairly simple through the Ixfinity app. The customer service representative suggested we set up the new modem with our old modem name and password so all our current devices would reconnect automatically. That was a genius suggestion! Everything reconnected with no issues. We are all set up and don't miss our basic cable one bit! Nowadays we stream most everything we watch, so we'll be enjoying the extra $150/month in savings. I'm giving them 4/5 stars because I think their basic cable prices are absolutely ridiculous, especially with all the streaming apps available now, some even offered for free! I was happy with their customer service personnel though.

I've had xfinity mobile for 5 yrs with few problems until this week. The mobile data stopped connecting. I didn't realize it until I was away from home & google maps couldn't connect. It caused me to miss a medical appt & reschedule. I then went to the Xfinity Hazel Dell store and witnessed the rudest employees I've ever seen. Another senior in the store was yelled at by a female employee and the person taking names never kept track and other employees were asking customers who was next like we knew or something. I finally was waited on by a young guy who took my phone & changed settings, handed it back to me and said it's working now. It isn't, and not only that, they did something so the phone doesn't work either. I can't make or receive calls though it worked fine until the store got hold of it. Exhausted and in pain when I got home I connected via broadband and chatted with xfinity yet again to no avail. They are clueless. The store did something so the phone doesn't work. Carriers do this to try to get customers to buy new phones. That just makes customers change carriers. I finally told chat I'm switching carriers, then a minute later broadband disconnected. I reset it and it's back up but there's no excuse for this. This is a store with a bunch of rude employees & incompetent employees who think it's funny to make the lives of seniors more painful than they already are. They know nothing of kindness and treating others how you'd like to be treated. I've emailed corporate as I'm disabled I'm supposed to have connection 24/7 so I have corporate contacts. That store should be shut down & all those employees fired. If I have to buy a new phone, it will be from a different carrier.
