My 2014 Honda CRV was rear-ended 3 weeks ago, and I needed to find a shop to do the repairs. Not having needed auto body work in over 20 years, I wasn't sure where to go. I talked to a co-worker, who spoke VERY HIGHLY of Northside Autobody. He didn't have a bad thing to say about them, so I decided to check the place out. I stopped in during my lunch break, and talked to Jack. He was courteous & friendly. He wasn't trying to "sell me" anything; was just honest about what work might need to be done, based on looking at the damages. I decided to let them do the repairs, and I was not disappointed! I dropped my car off on a Monday morning. They had a rental there, ready to go for me. They provided me updates during the course of the week. I had my car back by end of the day on Thursday. My CRV looks great....inside AND out! You can not tell there was any damage. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. And they did an AWESOME job cleaning out the inside of my car....it's the cleanest it's been since I bought it. :-) It was a pleasure to do business with these guys. You can tell that providing good customer service is important to them. They certainly made an unpleasant situation more bearable, and did their best to make it as hassle & stress free as possible. I even had an issue with the rental (ran over a bolt, and I was worried about driving it with the bolt stuck in the tire). They ended up getting my car done early, and drove it TO me, so that I didn't have to worry about driving the rental back to their shop. Now THAT'S customer service! AND they even checked in with me several days later, - just to make sure I was happy with with everything so far. Not many places do that anymore. They stand behind their work. I don't expect to have any issues, but if I do - I know I can call them, and they'll make it right. I definitely recommend Northside to anyone looking for an auto body shop. These guys will take care of you. You won't be disappointed. read more

A little less than a month before my road test my beautiful Jeep patriot got rear ended while stopped at a stop sign. After freaking out and crying because I wouldn't have a car and nothing to practice for my test with I researched auto body shops and saw great reviews for Northside Auto Body. My parents immediately reached out to Jack and received a very relieving message saying how much he could help us. From that message forward I knew that this guy knew what he was doing, through the whole process I wasn't worried one bit. I ended up getting my car back a few days later with more than enough time to practice for my road test. I have to rate these hardworking men a full 5 stars, and more if I could, they had my full trust the whole time. Unfortunately, a few months later I was sitting in my car in a parking lot when someone got out of the car next to me and slammed their passenger door straight into my driver side door. At first I was angry because my car was all dented and scratched, but as soon as I cleared my head I remembered my amazing experience with Northside Auto Body and felt a weight lift off my shoulders. I immediately contacted the boys again and they took my car in right away. They gave me a new paint job and once again I was so satisfied with the outcome. If I ever get into an accident again I will definitely go straight to Northside. Thank you for all your service and for giving me hope that no matter what happens, I am protected. read more

From the time my accident happened, to the moment I picked up my car... This was by FAR the best experience though and through I think I've had with any company. (Even outside of the automotive industry) These guys get customer service. With the amount you have to deal with after an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is your vehicle getting fixed. I didn't have to lift a finger with these guys. Everything was handled professionally and with great speed. I thought I was going to have a struggle getting my vehicle to their lot to be worked on as it was almost an hour away. One phone call, and within 3 hours, they had picked up the car and already started the estimate. I've dealt with body shops before when my last car was rear ended. In comparison, others have no idea what they are doing. Here, at every step of the process, they were confident and knew exactly what needed to be done. They even worked directly with my insurance company! Saving me time and allowing me to just get on with my day while they did their thing. Not to mention... MAN the car looks BRAND NEW! They even detailed it and gave me a goody bag on my way out. Like what the heck, I would have been thrilled alone with the quality of their work. But all the little things made this process just absolutely incredible. Makes me almost wish I had a reason to keep coming back haha. If you are going anywhere else, your making a mistake. NORTHSIDE IS THE PLACE TO GO! :) read more

I have been a customer of northside when Jimmy was owner, i would never go to another body shop so when A deer hit my car on my way home from work, i was not sure what i was going to do or what my insurance situation would be with my 2015 volkswagen jetta but right away i brought it into to Northside the next day. I was imediately helped by jack the second i stepped into northside. Jack, Anthony and Steve were absolutely amazing! Jack called my insurance company, immediately got me Set up with a rental ON SITE said they would take care of everything with my car. Anthony and jack both kept me up to date on my car and how it was coming along. When i picked up my car it was FULLY DETAILED inside and out looked brand new like the day i bought it! like nothing ever happened. Steve and Jack both made sure my car was in excelent condition and that it was clean to my liking! There were also gifts!! A nortside travel mug in my cupholder, Flashlight on my keyring, and also a non slip mat to place on my dash! They went above and beyond what they needed too for me and i know they will for you! Once again You guys did an amazing job 5+ stars from me! Will deffinately do business with northside as i always have! And will always recomend family and friends to you guys. Thank you for everything! read more

I normally dont do this, but after the experience I just received, I had to make the time to share with everyone. My mom was in a car accident. The usual thing occurred, the tow truck guy took her car to a local shop. In the past, I had an accident and was taken to another shop on the same street as Northside that was not good at all. As soon as the car arrived, I received a call about the vehicle. The owner's son was very respectful and everytime we interacted with each other, they always inquired how my mother was doing first. I appreciated that because they showed they cared more about the person than the vehicle. Their shop is clean and comfortable, lounge like. I know right?? Lounge like at a auto body shop! Snacks and refreshments. They did their job with excellence! They worked directly with the insurance company, picked up our rental car from the rental office and we dropped it off their at the end, and repaired the vehicle with precision. The paint job was perfect, it looked like we were just driving off the lot. Their work was so good, they worked on my car also. Very good job, good people and quality service! I highly recommend them. If you are in an accident or need any body work for your vehicle, PLEASE CHOOSE NORTHSIDE AUTOBODY. read more

I had the misfortune of comedically rearranging my wife's brand new Outlander.. I brought it in to Jack and his crew, just for an estimate.. I was a little leery of the whole process when I originally pulled in.. within the first 3 minutes, I felt so comfortable with the decision of leaving my wife's car with them, that I did.. within 10 minutes of me pulling in, he had me in a rental car, and back out on the road.. when I got my wife's car back, it was in showroom condition!! 3 months later, a deer jumped out in front of me, on the Taconic.. I was so happy with the job Jack and his boys did on my wife's car, that I brought my baby to them.. a 2014 Ford F-150.. now, this truck is my baby!!! And for me to leave it with someone, is a lot to ask!! Especially for 2 weeks.. well, 2 weeks after the day they got it, I got it back.. I am so happy with the results, that I am writing this review.. I would recommend NorthSideAuto Body to any and everybody!!! They have been an absolute god send!!! FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGABLE, FFFFFFANTASTIC!!! AAAAABSOLUTELY USE NORTHSIDE AUTOBODY!!! I don't regret using them, at all!!! I liked them so much, I brought them a second vehicle!!! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is amazing. I don't normally write reviews. But seriously, I haven't been to a place with this kind of customer service. It's like walking into Disney. Everyone is smiling, happy, helpful. I had an accident by the Mid-Hudson bridge and Redl's Towing stopped. They were extremely helpful too! When I arrived at Northside Auto Body, they offered coffee, tea, etc., and asked if I was okay. They then took care of contacting my insurance company, setting up a rental car and making sure I had everything I needed. Since it was during COVID-19, they made sure everything was sanitized (even the car keys), and everyone wore masks. I noticed one reviewer say they have a customer for life and I agree. If I ever need my car fixed again, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to go here. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, inside and out. They also gave me a free certificate for detailing my car. It looked like they already did a detailing on my car because it was spotless on the inside and out. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. read more

Had to use NorthSide to get my car body fixed. Through the entire process Josh and the entire crew was fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding. They did all the paperwork for my insurance making this process for me so much easier. The end result... the work they completed was perfecT, car was finished earlier then thought Also when I received my car it was so clean. It was washed, waxed, windows and tires shined. The inside was spotless thanks to their other place NorthSide carwash/spa. They made my 7 year old car look like I just bought it off the dealership lot. In fact on my way home at the gas station someone commented on how beautiful my new car was, told them it is 7 years old and she was shocked I told her about the NorthSide CarSpa. Also they gave me some little gifts(adorable) and a gift certificate to thank me for choosing them. I really appreciate all their kindness and just how easy they made this process. Again the work was just amazing and the customer service well that was outstanding. I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed. read more

My daughter used Northside Body Shop and was so pleased with them. When we needed work done on our two cars we decided to go to Northside. Keep in mind that Northside is in Poughkeepsie, and we live in Airmont, over 60 miles away. Our Tucson (6 years old) was in an accident and the hatchback needed repairs and painting. My Sonata is almost 10 years old, and the paint was peeling on the trunk. Josh helped us with both cars, worked with our insurance company on the Tucson, and gave us a fair price for the repairs on the Sonata. These is no way I can and rate the customer service for Northside because it is off the chart. There is not enough stars to given them. When we got our two cars back, they both looked like new cars. The repairs on the cars were perfect, and they even detailed the cars The cars looked llike brand new cars both inside and out. Going 60 miles to have the cars repaired was so worth the trip, Northside Auto is amazing and awesome. They take pride in their work and are the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. read more

I experienced a very scary accident of having another driver slam into my car head on while I was parked, besides feeling scattered and traumatized I knew after handling the insurance part I needed to take my car which is my baby to a place I could trust. I called North Side Auto body since I used them in the past for a corrective paint job and explained the situation. Right away I was assured and talked to regarding next steps. I felt a sudden ease and took my car to them. I was treated beyond well got damn near daily progress updates from their communication with the car insurance company and just checking on me over all and answering any questions or concerns I may have. All the staff there are beyond friendly, professional and go above and beyond like a family to make sure i was taken care of. Let's just say I won't be going any other place for my cars needs. My Baby was returned to me in better condition then I brought it in and drives smoother they before my accident. I am totally satisfied and I love them at Notth Side read more

By far the best Auto Body shop I have ever dealt with!! Not only are they friendly and courteous, but they have to be the cleanest shop I have ever been in!! The end of this past summer I was rear ended in a car accident that caused thousands of dollars of damage to my 1 yr old Chevy Equinox. I brought it to them and they were top notch. They took care of everything through the insurance, were on top of everything, got me a rental right then and there. My car was done in a little over a week. It looked like it rolled off the showroom floor the day I picked it up brand new! I recently had to go back to have a piece of molding put back on that came off when I caught a boulder on the side making a tight turn, and they took care of it 1-2-3 free of charge. Dennis who I dealt with both times was wonderul. I can't say enough good things about North Side Auto. If I ever need work again, I will go there without hesitation, and I have recommended them to several friends. Thanks for being such a great shop! ...Diane F. read more

Hands down - customer service at its best! The Northside Autobody shop is extremely clean and the team makes you feel right at home! This was our 3rd visit to Northside this year - the 1st for a parking lot accident / repair to my daughter's car and the 2nd for a parking lot door dent / repair to my wife's car. Not only did the Northside team fixed my daughter's perfectly, along with a lifetime warranty, but also, they detailed the entire car inside and out -- it was cleaner than the day she bought it new! The door dent to my wife's car was significant, we assumed it needed a new door panel, paint, etc., but the Northside team was able to save it flawlessly (without the need for a new panel nor paint)!! The 3rd visit, as a birthday present for my wife, I knew I could trust the Northside team to detail her BMW X4 - and once again they delivered, it looks like new!! If you need you need anything autobody, this is as good as it gets, go to Northside Autobody! Thank you to Jack and the Northside team! read more

After I hit a deer on my way to work one morning, I wasn't sure who to bring my car to as I'm kind of new to the area, a couple of people suggested Northside and said amazing things so I just went with it. I have had bad experiences with body shops in the past so I was a little skeptical, but as soon as I walked into this place I knew I made the right choice. I had just recently gotten my car a few months prior so I was very upset about what happened but these guys walked me through everything they were going to do, they called me every few days to give me updates and answered all of my questions. Every person at Northside assured me my car was in good hands and im just so happy I chose them. I recently picked up my car and it's better than ever, they even left some "swag" in my car like a new tumbler cup, umbrella, flashlight, a reusable bag ect. My experiencewas amazing and im definitely going to use them from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Northside autobody!! read more

I found Northside Auto Body on line. I was impressed with the website. So I gave them a try Wow! meeting them in person was even better than the website. They were amazing. My car was hit pretty bad, well in my eyes but they made me feel that it was going to be ok and I had nothing to worry about. And they did I was given a rental for the time my car was in there shop they took care of everything I had absolutely no worries. They made me feel so at ease. My car was ready in no time I couldn't believe how fast the job was done and a great job done at that. When I picked up my car it was like new again not only all the damages were gone but it had been detailed. And let me tell you about all the goodies I found in my car that they left for me. I hope my car never gets hit again but if it did Northside Auto is definitely where I would take it, and of course I highly recommend them to anyone who looking to do work on they're car. My leased car was involved in a hit-and-run and Northside Auto Body was recommended to me by the car dealership i'm leasing from. Jack and his team took what was a difficult situation for me and made it a lot less stressful. I was so impressed by the organization, professionalism and cleanliness of their place of business that I found myself telling coworkers about it. They set me up with a rental car and when they didn't have an economy car that would be fully covered by my insurance, they gave me an upgraded car at economy price. They didn't have to do that. Due to parts being delayed, the repair took a few days longer than my insurance would cover cost of the rental car. For that minor inconvenience, and for thanking me for being an understanding customer, Northside auto body covered my $500 Insurance deductible! Pure class. They didn't have to do that. On top of that the car never looked better, inside or out. I fully recommend Northside auto body! read more

I've spent most of my "adult" life analyzing situations and occurrences. A couple of weeks ago someone hit my wife's car while we were shopping and left the scene. I was a tad upset.... I took the car to my old time favorite body shop Northside Autobody in Po'k. Jimmy sold the place and the owners seemed nice enough and Jimmy liked them so I thought why not... I truly never expected the same results as with Jimmy, but it needed to be fixed. Jack, Anthony and Steve couldn't have been nicer and said they could make it look good as new. It wasn't major damage so why not. My faith in humanity has been restored! They brought the car in and a day later called to say it was complete. The job was every bit as good as the work I was accustomed too under Jimmys ownership and the price was more than fair. See, sometimes change isn't a bad thing! If you need any Autobody work done, I'm telling you, Northside Autobody is the place to go!! My two cents read more

I visited Northside Autobody in Fishkill for an estimate after a minor fender bender and was immediately impressed by the kindness and professionalism displayed by Jack, Toni-Jean, and Andrew. They made me feel valued and informed throughout the entire process, treating the incident with importance despite its minor nature. They efficiently arranged my rental car and maintained open communication throughout. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and their work quality was exceptional. My car's detailing, both interior and exterior, impeccable. I also received cool Northside Autobody swag, such a thoughtful gesture. I am extremely thankful for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. They made a potentially stressful experience remarkably seamless. I strongly recommend Northside Autobody to anyone needing auto care services. Their team undoubtedly delivers A+ service. Fondly A Happy Customer Marlene Salazar read more

I have to leave a 5 star review for this body shop. These guys go above and beyond in this shop, they are super friendly, and the work is IMPECCABLE . Also, this is the cleanest body shop I've ever been into in my life. I met with Jack (Owner) and Anthony upon entering the shop to talk about fixing my 2015 Subaru Legacy that was sideswiped for the third time. They were very approachable, engaging, professional and confident that they could complete the work to my car. I hopped in a Hertz rental attached to their shop and I was on my way. When I got the car back this week I was seriously impressed, it literally looked like it came off of the showroom floor. The work performed was incredible, it was FLAWLESS. I'm very happy I chose this shop after shopping around. It's also great to see a mix a of very high end and low end cars being worked on inside. From now on I wouldn't go anywhere else, and you shouldn't either. read more

Second time customer and I keep going back and definitely recommend Northside. A few weeks ago, someone drove into my drivers side front bumper and when my insurance company asked which auto body I wanted to ask to fix it, there was NO hesitation. I walked in to drop off my car and was instantly welcomed, they offered me coffee, snacks, and asked if I wanted anything for the road. Everyone was so helpful during the process, they called my insurance company and took care of everything on their end. When I picked up my car, the outside AND the INSIDE looked BRAND NEW! I have a pet guard in the backseat, and even that was CLEANED! I get in my car and there's AN UMBRELLA, TOTE BAG, TRAVEL MUG, AIR FRESHENER, and a $100 gift card for a family/friend who might need their services in the future.I was almost in tears...they definitely have a new customer for sure! :) Thank you Northside! read more
