At the time, the business manager was on the rude side, but I've come to expect that from the money guys. When I decided to lease a Jetta again in 2009, I went here first. I looked around for my salesman, but didn't see him and a younger guy approached me. After introducing himself and asking me what I wanted, his reply was, "Well, I haven't been here long and don't know much about Volkswagens, but we'll see what we can do." I was told that the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, and then my salesman and the business manager I'd worked with 5 years ago started to draw up numbers for a car they didn't have! They told me I wouldn't find one anywhere in Massachusetts or NH, which of course put me into "Oh yeah?" mode. I left. The guy called me back for several weeks and kept trying to make me feel bad for him over the phone because I was insisting on what I believed to be a reasonable price and he kept insisting that I would never find it. Well, I did find it, and I found it for a higher, more pimped out trim. So suck on that North Shore VW. If you read my review of Quirk VW, you'll know that I bought my car there, but there was a problem with the socket from day one. Since the service was warranty and Northshore VW is the closest dealership, I took it there to replace the fuse. When I picked up the car, the mechanic came right out to the crowded waiting room, spoke to me like I was 8 and informed me that I must have done something to break it, and to be careful when plugging in my charger. Excuse me? Excuse me? I managed to break a car that I had owned for less than a week by plugging in my GPS to charge? Get off your high horse. The car had a blown fuse from day one. Don't try to pawn that off on me. The 2 stars given here are purely for my salesman back in 2004. Nothing else.

The rental car was completely free and was a very nice 2025 Honda Accord. Chris also followed up with me later the following week due to the snow storm and assured me my car would be ready the following day which it was. I met up with my salesman Cristian the next day and I was driving my freshly detailed 2021 Mazda CX-30 off the lot within the next 30 minutes. I highly recommend Honda North and more importantly recommend buying a car off Cristian. Very reliable, humble, knowledgeable and kind. He deserves more than whatever he is currently being paid!
