The office staff seems committed to offering the best customer experience. I can tell they succeed at that. No issue with them. My concern relates to time spent as a new patient. I spent 25' max. with Dr. Alana Villada. I spent 25' in a direct personal exchange between me, the patient, and the said Dr. I received a bill of $308.10. I checked with my insurance. I was billed under code 99204 (New patient office visit, 45-59 minutes). I reached out to the billing team and they sent me back to the office manager. The office manager stated that any work conducted by the Physician via the portal (like uploading and posting a comment about a lab result) can be minutes aggregated to the initial visit face-to-face. I am in disagreement since I interacted with the doctor only 25'. Any work done after the face-to-face visit culminated (asynchronously, not demanding a patient's response or physical examination, online, etc.) cannot be considered an in-person visit with a licensed professional or be billed under the same care or service provided. Also I didn't wait long to see a doctor. After running a few tests, they said they'd let me know the results via mail. Yes. That's right. Mail. No phone call saying what's wrong. Just snail mail. I brushed that off, thinking alright. It's your method. Just let me know. The letter came back saying that I looked perfectly healthy. Um...clearly I'm not if i went to see you. It's not like I went for a regular check up. If I had, then I could understand the letter as well as the message attached. However they didn't request any follow up to run different types of tests, to talk to me about my results, or anything. If you're looking for a regular check up, this would be a fine place to go. But if you're sick, I'd probably look elsewhere.

My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.
