I left and contacted my regular doctor instead, who was able to send in the Tamiflu prescription. Charging $240 just to walk in and speak to a doctor for something this simple is ridiculous. Patients should know the price and that insurance isn't accepted before wasting a trip.

He not only addresses what is bothering you, somehow he is able to pickup on things I didn't even notice were wrong with myself. His bedside manner is wonderful I believe he is a doctor that cares about his patients more than they may care about themselves. That is why I sent my "doctor adverse"husband to him. He has been in practice long enough to have great contacts for specialty work. His office staff is always nice. They answer the phone. The nurse really does return calls. I just hope Dr. M Glodener loves his job so much that he doesn't retire anytime in the next decade or two. Not a lot of doctors are going into general practice these days. This place is a medical clinic as you all know. Either if you're filing for Social Security disability or you have a review of your case and they need more info, this is most likely the place where they will send you to. As my visit was ok, I felt that it took too long in my opinion. My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:50. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the tablet but not all of them as they will tell you that you don't have answer them all. They finally called me back there at 2:45. Took my Xrays, and documented my medications. So this portion took about 30 minutes. Now I had to wait on the main doctor to come see me in the room. That took about 25 to 30 minutes before he arrived. He gave me some little physical tests then I was finally done. I finally walked out of there at 4:00.

My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.

Well found out during the call a late fee was added on top of that no show fee because it was not paid during a certain time. Something that I did not know. I also called and spoke with a manager about this no show and they still kept it on there. The represenative I spoke to was Donna and this call was on today 9/25/26. this lady went back and forth with me about the bill. Arguing with me about this. I asked for a manager. She replied they will say the same thing. I told her well let her tell me i want to speak with one. She went on and on and it made me so upset that I am thinking about not even comming to this facility any more. They are fairly new to me and if it was not for the NP Angel I would not even come. A no show is a no show if you do not call in. I called in gave the name of person I spoke with and she did not leave notes and the charge is still on there. This facility wants money. Clearly. I am not happy with their billing department. And oh Donna told me that they do not have managers, or supervisors just team leads. at a doctors office really.
