Dr. Najjar is by far the best primary care physician I have had. I won't use anyone else! He is supportive, understanding, professional and simply the most supportive doctor I have dealt with. Gives me the time I need and does not waste my time. I am able to get in and out fairly quickly. The only challenge I have is I would like to interact directly with him when I am not in the office and have to go through the nurse. I feel like things get lost in translation (not that I have had many instances when I have communicated this way). I know other doctors use My Chart (including my wife's primary doc) - that is a great way to go. Can't recommend him enough! read more

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Najjar or his staff. Everyone at this facility is extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Najjar is very thorough and despite some of the older negative views posted, he is deeply concerned about the health and wellbeing of his patients. I recently had to call due to some Covid complications and they found a way to work me into the schedule....the same day. And, despite being the last patient of the day, they ensured my much-needed prescriptions were called into my pharmacy so I could pick them up on my way home. If you are looking for a Dr......I would highly recommend Dr. Najjar and his team. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! If you are going to your annual check up and they ask you a million questions, you should reply "i wish to not answer". This way they wont bait you and charge you, when the visit should be free. The nurse baits you in by asking what is ailing you, and from there if you say "this hurts" then BAM! they will charge you for that. I spoke with the office and there is nothing they can do. Highly disappointed with their customer service, their nurse and the doctor. Go somewhere else. i repeat DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Doesn't care for his patients. He is too busy for most patients and does not focus on quality but quantity. Takes days to get back on simple requests. Also seems like he is trying to convert me to his religion by giving me pamphlets. read more

I was very disappointed with my visit to this doctor. I had expected a fabulous visit based on my husband's previous experience, but apparently this was not a good day to try. My visit was in regards to intense diarrhea, a visibly alive parasite in my stool, and severe abdominal pain. Dr. Najjar was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say, examined me and proclaimed that my intestines had "obvious signs of inflammation"............then promptly let me know that I was fine, parasites were impossible in the US, and to call him if anything happened again. I was in complete disbelief. I was in obvious pain, which he himself acknowledged, and he admitted that my intestines had clear signs of problems, then just completely dismissed me and basically told me I was crazy. Now, 2 weeks later, I have constant abdominal pain and further bowel problems, and now I have to try and find a specialist who won't look at me like I'm out of my mind. Sadly, I cannot possibly recommend this practice whatsoever. read more

I NEVER saw Dr. Najjar. I only saw the PA. I tried to keep an open mind each visit with her. She was very condescending and judgemental. Patients that are dealing with sickness do not like to be made to feel stupid! She insisted I see an allergist. I made the appointment but had to cancel due to being sick constantly for a month and a half. I had been sick with a sinus infection for a month that turned into Bronchitis. I COULD NOT BREATHE thru my nose. Add that to asthma and you'd think she'd understand. She told me in the meantime, if I needed a refill of my inhaler, of which I need to breathe, that she would fill it. I made my appt with the allergist and called the office to request a refill because I was running low. She refused to fill it. Leaving me without meds for a week!!! I had an incredible dr in Dothan, Al by the name of William Hundley. Best dr ever. I didn't realize one time that I was out of refills. I called the rx line at his office after hours. He PERSONALLY called me back and refilled it. He's thoughtful, smart, understanding, and compassionate. These are extremely important qualities that someone in this industry needs to possess. I hope if you decide to go to this office that you have better luck. I've never been treated like I was stupid for expressing how I felt bc I was constantly sick. It's just so sad.
