I used to come to The Drs Inn when I was young, broke, and uninsured. Dr. Vrieland always provided top-notch, high-quality care and treated me like I truly mattered. I didn't come from a home where healthcare was prioritized, and Dr. Vrieland helped change that for me. Dr. Singha did as well. They helped me better understand my health issues and also helped diagnose an underlying disease. I have never found another practice that provided the level of care, compassion, and respect that I received here. As I struggle with my current provider, I'm constantly reminded of how exceptional these doctors are, and I'm genuinely looking forward to returning to the practice. read more

I've been coming here around 25 years and I LOVE LOVE Dr Sinha! I've raved about him so much that now he stays so busy it's hard to get an appt when I'm really sick. But I can always get my physical and my hug with him once a year plus seeing Dr V is always a pleasure! This place doesn't treat you like a number... you are never rushed and they are thorough! Why? Because they care about people. From the moment you enter the sweet ladies at the front desk are always kind. Then the ppl that take you back for weight, BP, temp have always been so sweet and kind. There's not a lot of staff turn over there so I've been seeing Robert, sweet Samantha for years! Today's nurse was wonderful didn't even feel it when he drew my blood. I've been going to this practice for over a year now, and really have nothing bad to say about them I see Dr. Ashok Sinha, and I love him to pieces! He takes time with his patients and is not a pill pusher. He has a holistic approach to medicine and I like that. The office staff is very good, especially Andrea. The only negative thing I can say is that the wait times can be a bit long, but it's because Dr. Sinha takes his time with his patients. They also have a walk-in clinic as well. read more

Dr Vrieland is a 5 star dr. The front staff should be replaced. I went into today and was told i gad a $35 copay whwn i explaind my insurance was paying 100% the receptionist argued with me. Now they told my fiance they wont see me again. I like Dr Vrieland he is the only Dr. That knows his stuff and i have been to several Drs. Its ashame that the front staff is rude to the patients. Hopefully she will be eating crow when sge sees my insurance pays 100%. When someone has 100k plus dr bills most insurance pay for everything afterwards. read more

Front office has it's struggles but could be improved with a patient portal so messages can be sent, billing , etc. That's the only reason I don't give them 5 stars. I love the doctors tho. They take good care of us. They listen to us and how we are feeling and don't just look at the labs to determine treatment. read more

Every time I go I self pay which if costing me a arm and leg. The staff is always helpful but the doctor they're not . I pay $125 to be seen by a doctor for 3 mins tops and don't even get treated for what I go in for such as pain or blood work which indicates something is wrong with my body ( vitamin deficiency, high cholesterol, etc. this practice has always been terrible as far as being seen by doctors there .. would not recommend them as a professional primary care . Dr sinha always avoids me he was my pcp . After my mom died he ducks and dodge to help me out to go my health back on track . I never seen or experienced a doctor office like this one .. I regret spending all my hard earn money at this practice.. read more

This is a small office and I would say much has probably changed since 2013 as I experience very little wait times even when I show up without an appointment. The front desk staff are friendly and the doctors are helpful in the way that they don't rush you out of the exam room. The one downside is that the whole prescription process is not very efficient or consistant. P.S. if you like pretty new offices, this is not for you, its a bit run down. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Sinha for about 14 years and he is without a doubt the best doctor on the planet! Dr. V is a very close second.

They don't care about the patients. They honestly treat patients horrible. Specifically the front desk. The doctors are good. But the front desk is so horrible they deserve a negative review. read more

I have gone to Doctors Inn for over a decade for one reason. Dr. Vrieland. Great doctor with wise advice and exceptional knowledge. Unfortunately the staff are incompetent. It takes 3-4 phone calls every time to get a prescription renewed. This has gone on for years. The staff are often heard complaining in front of patients. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

Dr. Vrieland is the best GP I've ever had in 50 years. My wife agrees and has used one of the other doctors too and found him wonderful as well. The old posters comments about long wait times aren't accurate these days and the sassy blonde that worked the desk is no longer there. They are very fun yet professional people. I hardy ever have an appointment and they can usually still see me if I call by noonish. After noon is a bit harder to get through and sometimes refills by phone may take some patience but I'm still giving them 5 stars because I've had many doctors and I find these things to be pretty standard. read more

Terrible staff. Incredibly Rude. Long waits. Sarcastic. Will NEVER visit again. Dr Vlahou is rude and terrible. Had an issue with getting my inhaler script refilled and was told my only option was to either become "DEA CERTIFIED" or wait in the incredibly long wait. All I needed was to have my prescription refilled. Would not recommend. Will never go back. This doctor should have his license revoked. What happened to doctor's wanting to help patients? read more

The best doctors there are. Between Dr. Vrieland and Dr. Sinha you couldn't find a better group. They listen, take their time and give hugs. My husband and I have been seeing them for over 12 years and I couldn't ask for a better group. From the time you enter the office, Robert is always smiling and all the others are always helpful and ready to help in any way needed. After my husband passed away, they took such good care of me and my mental health. I love them all. Nothing but good comes out of that office. I've very proud to call Dr. Vrieland and Dr. Sinha my family and my doctors. read more

Dr. Vrieland is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. The front of the house is absolutely the worst. They never return messages, send things to the pharmacy as promised without persistent hounding or genuinely care whether you are seen in a timely fashion. As long as they can go outside and take their smoke breaks and go to McDonald's their day is good. On top of that, they turn the night service on the phones early, just to ensure they will make it off by 5pm. Glad to know that they care about patients. I wish Dr. Vrieland would open his own practice so that I wouldn't have to deal with this bunch of unprofessional mouthbreathers any more. read more
