I can't speak for the other people who wrote a review here , but in my case I absolutely love Mason…read morePrimary Care. I am not exaggerating when I say that they saved my life. For a general practitioner the doctor you want is Scott Leeth. He was able to diagnose that I had kidney disease, when my endocrinologist never saw that coming. I ended up in the hospital and was able to be treated . I am now on dialysis and I am feeling better. If he hadn't caught this I probably would be dead right now. As for Dr. Miles Mason III, he was key in my treatments while I was in the hospital and during my recovery at home. I had also developed a very bad infection in tandem with the kidney disease and was instrumental in helping me with my wound care that came as a result. He also is the one who installed my catheter for the PD dialysis that I now do at home. I owe a lot to these two men and I thank them for saving my life. However long that will be. The staff at Mason Primary Care are very friendly. I will deduct 1 star because when you make a follow up appointment they will not call you to remind you of the appointment a day or two before, like many other practices do. Sure I need to update my Google Calendar but having that extra reminder is very helpful. Other than that as long as I live in this area they will continue to be my primary physicians.

They used to be good. Unfortunately, it's a waist of time to visit this doctor. Went for a check up…read moreat 3pm and they made me wait in a room for an hour with out doing anything. All I could hear were the nurses and the admins chatting and gossiping. After all that wait, I decided to leave. Btw, the same exact thing happened to a co-worker

I recently interviewed for a medical assistant position with Safia Pirani at the Duluth location…read more In the beginning of the interview I was asked if I'm fluent in Spanish. I said that I was able to understand Spanish and was cut off from then. I believe I was discriminated against because of my race, I'm an African American woman and it's rare for the average person to believe I understand a language outside of English. I'm leaving this review because I wasn't even able speak to Safia about my history working with Spanish speaking patients because she disrespectfully cut me off and told me I'm not a good fit. The interview lasted less than 5mins. I've been able to productively translate medical terminology in the past with HIPPA certified translation technology.

So, I have been trying to get an appointment with the Peachtree Corners location. But, due to…read morerecent cold temperatures that location was closed due to water damage. Made an appointment after being told that location was closed. While getting ready to get to the appointment at 11am, was called and told to go to Urgent Care. I am going to presume that is because this is a slow day before a holiday and people want to go home early, event though they are closing at 1pm. But, the reason they told me this I was told, is because I had fallen which as of today was 12/21/2022. Stated an X-Ray might be needed, so I needed to go to Urgent Care. Because I was so upset, I called back and the young lady reluctantly made an appointment with me at the Lilburn location that has an X-Ray machine. For now I am giving this rating until my new rescheduled appointment after the holiday.

Excellent patient service, and good prices - and VERY Medicare friendly…read more Medical staff are polite, attentive and effective. I wish I could to into more detail on my experience with my Doctor, but I would have to disclose too much personal medical history. I will say that my GP Doctor has helped me improve my overall quality of life just as much, if not more, than my heart, lung, orthopedic or pain management specialists. Not saying I am getting poor service from them, for their specialty they are great, but necessarily myopic to their specialty (and the medication they prescribe). Root cause to this is the result of how our society has had to adjusted to the complexity of medical care. Just like the Legal field, gone are the days you could go to one lawyer to create a will, close on a house, set up a corporation, sue someone, defend you against a criminal charges....... This medical team plays the role of a very effective Project Manager in the IT industry. When the derivable is a complex one , involving a number of different SMEs (Subject Matter Expert), it is the Project Manager that breaks down the micro silo's to create a balanced and effective macro deliverable. Pleasant Hill Family Medicine does an excellent role of this in the medical field, where the deliverable is overall QOL (Quality Of Life). From my personal experience, not all GPs do a good job of this, some do not even try. Pleasant Hill Family Medicine excels in this role

IF there was a way to give Zero Star for "sketchy" company policy, I would rate this practice…read morethat... They are asking patients to take a profile photo for their file, stating it is requested by the healthcare providers. When I called my provider, they said they did not request it. When I let the staff know, one said it's fine. The Nurse Practitioner said I had to take a picture or else leave the practice. I did and called Georgia Medical Board. They stated: No medical practice should make patents take these pictures, it's a HIPAA and PHI violation. Be warned!
