I can't say how extremely disappointed I am, I was looking for exceptional care for my boyfriend and came across Dr.Sharma and from other reviews she seemed to be exactly what we need. A doctor who is passionate, cares about her patients and on time. So we made an appointment and as a new patient there was a 2 month waiting list, which was fine no rush and this office is supposed to be exceptional so why not wait! As we arrived we were greeted by a not so friendly receptionist who was quite rude, we were asked multiple times who referred us and were proud to tell them we found this office online and chose it due to the overwhelming flow of great reviews. Well as Dr.Sharma came in to introduce herself she went on to ask the golden question of the office, who referred you? We told her we found the office online and she then explains well I work primarily with the elderly as an advocate for their health and I will do my best to work with you but you are young and healthy. I don't understand, why you would say that to a patient and why do you not understand we waited TWO MONTHS to see you and your telling us you might not be able to see him as a patient but you will try? Are you serious? Maybe you should have addressed this with the office to not schedule you a new patient that is younger than you prefer to see.. On top of this his appointment was very short and accomplished almost nothing then we were told he needed to come back for a physical in another 2 months!! No thank you, how is this place even running? What happens if someone is sick, do they need to wait two months too?? I would definitely not recommend this doctors office! read more

Dr. Sharma has been mine, and my husband's primary care physician since she open Grayson Primary in 2006. I feel so blessed to have her as my doctor for almost a decade. She is professional, and I've never felt rushed. She'll sit there, and listen to me with care and concern, always. I recommend her to everyone I know, and am so sad that I will be moving away this summer. I wish I could take her, and her nurse, Vicky along with me!! I have been going to this doctor's office for years. I do not get sick very often so needless to say I haven't been since December 2015. I haven't been feeling well and could not get in a few weeks ago so I went to Walgreens to the clinic, my blood pressure was higher than normal and I have just not been feeling right. I woke up this morning feeling like the sickness was coming on again so I called to make and appointment with Dr. V ( I love him). The phone rang and the lady answered rudely and told me to hold, which I did. She scheduled me an appointment for 10 am and then realized I haven't been in a while so she said I was considered a new patient and Dr. V was not taking appointments for new patients and she suggested I go to urgent care. I am beyond upset being as though my son went in a few weeks ago and he has not been in a few years either and he was taken right in. I understand there is a lot of sickness going on but this does not constitute just being flat out rude to someone who already is not feeling well. I believe her name was Nancy and she needs some customer service classes, bet my blood pressure is out of control right now. read more

Grayson Primary Care is a top notch experience! Clean and comfortable reception and waiting area with comprehensive steps to keep germs at a minimum (and you only spend a few minutes waiting, YAY)! Courteous administrative staff, check in is pleasant, nurses are phenomenal, and Dr. Sharma is the best! She is a rare find! A quality medical professional who spends the time to gather and address issues of the patients concern. An overall assessment of your well being and options for care. Been using them as my PCP for some time now. Originally had Dr. Aguyao and was broken hearted when she left, but Dr. V is pretty awesome!

I called the office at 1:30 today and was worked in at 3:45pm by an extremely pleasant appointment specialist Karyn.. I was greeted by the friendly front office staff, and taken back in a reasonable amount of time. The MA took a complete history and did a urinalysis. Greeted next by the FNP Pam who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went over my history, symptoms and did an exam. Within an hour I was on my way to get my RX which was sent electronically. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for primary care. read more

Today was my time visiting Grayson Primary Care and I had no preconceived notions before hand. My husband had a physical there so I took a recommendation from him. Today I met with Mary the medical assistant and Pamela the NP and they were the nicest!!! It was very genuine and sincere. They were pleasant and very easy to talk to. It was one of my better experiences while visiting a physicians office. read more

This practice is always organized, professional and it makes it easy to see someone both for a sick or well visit. The wait is never long and the demeanor of Ms. Boyd lets you know that she cares about your health and she spends time during the exam doing a thorough job. I never feel like I am being rushed or that I cannot ask questions. They are open and the office staff is very polite. read more

After many years of coming here...I called to say I was running a little late I got there and was told I am 2 minutes past the cut off time so I couldn't see the doctor. Really?!? You always wait in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes anyway. I asked if there was anything that can be done and the front desk said"no" I said really? She said fine, let me get my manager. Grayson Primary Care has made some changes, and all for the best. The front office staff was so friendly, and greated me as soon as I walked up to the windo. My nurse is always so happy and smiling. She is not a good doctor. Went to her for years and she is not a very good listener. She dismissed symptoms I was having and said when they get worse then she would look into them. Come to find out I had a very serious condition that needed medical help right away. She also withheld my blood work results from me until I made an appointment to come see her. This would be the third time I had to come see her for the same issue. She is not very money conscious. But no doctor should withhold your medical information from you especially when you are the one paying for everything. But once she referred me out to another doctor to deal with my medical condition he actually said that if I hadn't went to him when I did I would have been hospitalized within a week from how dangerous my symptoms were getting. During this whole time Dr. Sharma was not concerned for my well being nor was she even concerned about me getting medical help soon. It was about two months going back and forth with her until she finally tested me for what was wrong. After seeing how serious my situation was and how she really didn't care I could no longer allow her to be my doctor. And her nurse that works with her Vicky is very rude and doesn't know how to communicate with patients. She is very condescending. Another issue I had with Sharma is that she never returns your calls she always has her nurse Vicky do it. That led to a ton of miscommunication between the doctor and me. And Vicky is a medical assistant not a doctor so when she would call me back with an answer from the doctor she couldn't answer any questions I had about the doctors response. I currently have a doctor who always calls me back himself so even if they are busy he makes time to call me back personally to address my issues. I really do NOT recommend her if you have serious issues that need to be dealt with. Also she never follows up after a visit to find out how everything is working out for you and if you are doing better. read more
