Been using them as my PCP for some time now. Originally had Dr. Aguyao and was broken hearted when she left, but Dr. V is pretty awesome!

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and saw good Google reviews for this practice. It was…read moreimportant to me to find a private practice. It was close to home so I was excited and hopeful that I had found a new doctor. A couple weeks ago I went in for an annual exam. My appointment was at 3:00. I arrived a few minutes early and sat in the waiting area. Around 3:30 I was called back. I was asked why I was there by the assistant. I felt it was strange this was not notated in my chart. Anyway, she checked my weight, oxygen and blood pressure (which registered extremely low) then sent back to the waiting area as there were no rooms available. About 20 minutes after that I was called back and the assistant was going to check my vitals. I told her that was already done so back to the waiting room I go. This office was definitely not impressing me at this point. Maybe five minutes after that, I get called back and I am put in a room. I waited until 4:30 until Dr. Uzo finally came in. During my long wait for the doctor I did consider just walking out. Dr. Uzo seemed nice and asked me some health questions. She addressed the low blood pressure (which after talking to my daughter, who is a nurse, said they used too big a cuff on me which is why it registered so low). Around 4:45, I was taken to have my blood drawn by the office manager. She printed the labels that were to be attached to the vials and handed them to me with no explanation. I asked what I was to do with them and then she tells me to verify my name was correct. It was a strange interaction. When she was finished with the draw, she said I could go to the front and make my next appointment. She left me sitting in the chair. So I lifted the arm rest myself to get out of the chair and found my way back to the front of the office to leave. It would have been nice to be walked out instead of just left sitting there. All in all, I was there for two hours for a simple blood draw. A friend thinks they forgot about me in the room and they realized I was there when I came out to use the restroom during my long wait for the doctor. Sadly, I will not be back and will continue my search for a new primary care doctor.

We are thrilled to have found Dr Mikrut and this clinic many years ago…read more when my husband was experiencing confusion and we thought it was a UTI she immediately sent us to the emergency room. He had indeed had a stroke. They found a spot on his brain and also had 98% blockage on rght artery. She, along with God, possibly saved his life. We highly recommend this wonderful place and our favorite doctor.

We go to this Medical Practice to address illness, not for emotional support. I have always entered a medical or dental facility via the reception area to check-in, doesn't everyone? I have worked in the medical field for two decades and provided services to happy souls, as well as the chronically unhappy souls. These are choices , to be perpetually happy or be persistently consumed by petulaunce. Can you imagine, day in, day out dealing with clients who are seeking help for a medical condition and you provide them standards of care for the medical condition presented. However, you failed to stroke an ego, embrace a deep-seated inferiority complex, provide a safe zone for fragility, or recognize the lack of respect endemic in our society today. Imagine that.... P.S. The Affordable Care Act by no means brought the cost of delivering services or receiving services more affordable to Americans, with the exception of the free services Afforded to Medicaid.
