I had the entire conversation recorded and I cannot wait to submit a complaint against her to the medical board. I also would like to include the snotty NP Michelle Dixon who was so upset because I opted out of my daughter not having to take off her clothes for a wellness visit. We were aware that this would be a limited check. And Michelle was extremely GROSS and visibly upset. Michelle, you SUCK and you need to practice regulating your emotions when you hear the words "No". Anu- you are a disgrace to healthcare and it's time for you to retire. She spent time getting to know my baby and answering any and all of our first time parent questions. I don't know that I've ever met a doctor that showed more concern or interest. She is amazing! I still question if I shouldn't just deal with a long drive and continue to have my daughter see her, she is just that good. The office is small, but clean and efficient. We never had long wait times. The only thing that is not perfect is a mistake with billing. We gave the front desk all of our change of insurance info and the billing lady continued to submit to our prior insurance. It took me quite a few phone calls to get it all sorted, but it did work out. But I'm beginning to think that every doctors office has issues like this. Please, don't let this stop you from seeing Dr Maxey. Our family has the greatest respect for her.

They told me at the front desk that there were 16 patients ahead of me and that every kid in there has a fever. My sense of urgency for MY CHILD was not their sense of urgency!! I left immediately to take my child elsewhere. They were so unprofessional!!!!!! They asked me if I could sign out so I wouldn't be charged! No I can not! My son is SICK! I am so excited that I found Dr. Willingham's newly opened practice! Not only could they see both my children but they saw 2 NEW PATIENTS same day! I was super impressed with this and even more impressed with the office when I got there. It was very clean & the staff were just so friendly and thorough. Lastly, my review of the provider. I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities. One of my children is a very involved medical case (to say the least) but she was able to pick up on things and get up to speed fairly quickly. Never is this place not busy. I've notice since a little girl. Always waiting from morning to noon. Appointments to this place does matter if you don't want to wait a whole day. I have experience the whole day waiting thing, and the worst is when you are sick with no appointment. You wait for the longest time ever. Hispanic people tend to come here, but it is a Vietnamese doctor. Her name is Bac si Huynh a.k.a Dr.huynh. She is bilingual, so she can communicate in Vietnamese and English.  They did have a Hispanic doctor, but I don't know what happened to them. The place has 12 patient rooms total, and all of them are used at all times. They do have bathrooms on both sides of the place. This place always have two people in the front of both sides of the place. The down side is if you aren't Hispanic and do not know english. You are done. I have only noticed a couple of Vietnamese nurses here and they are never in the front. This place can cure you. With the type of medication they prescribe to you. It's a long wait outside, but a short time in their rooms. This is the doctors office I would recommend to anyone, but call a day ahead of time. Make an appointment for anytime you come.

The office is brightly colored and decorated with several cartoon characters which was very welcoming to my children. ( sorry no pics of the waiting room because I didn't want to snap other patients and invade their privacy) Check in was a breeze being that they already asked for my insurance information when They called and confirmed my appointment. There are Motor skill toys for the children to play with in the waiting area but we didn't stay there long. My children were quickly called to the back to be checked in for the doctor. The exam rooms are also beautifully decorated like the front lobby. After the nurse did the check in within seconds the doctor enter the room. There's no long time waiting in the exam for the doctor to come in here . Which was definitely a plus for me being that I had a busy day planned. Dr. was very friendly and approachable . Which eased the children's anxiety about appointment. They were comfortable , which made me relaxed . I highly recommend this office.
