We reached out to them to help us sell our home in McKinney when we were looking to upgrade to a newer home. They were very knowledgeable of the different areas and what was available within our price point. They were never pushy and always were quick to respond to our questions. They helped us navigate whether we should go the pre-owned route or dive into a new build route. We ultimately decided to build a new home and they showed us different options and helped us through the build process. Their communication was top notch which helped us feel comfortable and trust them through the process the entire time. We highly recommended them !

The purchase process was easy and seamless, and we eventually recommended Jay and Mindy to friends and family. Now 12 year later, we're relocating, and with a quick phone call Jay and Mindy came over to our home to discuss. They knew exactly what we needed to do to get ready and helped us through the process (this time as a Seller) along with their amazing team members. Our home was on the market for 10 days and we had an offer. Excellent advice; good strategy; highly knowledgeable. What an amazing team! Highly recommend.

They understand the market, both in terms of sellers and buyers, and when it comes to a listing price they don't force you to list at a low price to reduce their time and move on to their next client. They price aggressively because of their market sense, experience, and because at the end of the day they care about their customers and their families. Moving and buying a new home is a bigger task than most people understand, and Jay & Mindy will be there day and night to make sure everything goes as YOU expect. We tried for 4 months to sell our home with Ebby with no success. Their only suggestion was to "lower your price by $20k". You see $20k is a lot to you but not to a realtor; it's $600 in commission at the end of the day. Jay & Mindy don't operate in this fashion. Jay & Mindy sold our home at $15k above the Ebby listing price in 36 hours! Love these guys! I will never use another realtor as long as Iive in an area they are willing to buy/sell in :-)

The places she found not only fit our budget, but had all the desired perks we had been looking for (good sized kitchen, and enough square footage for all of our STUFF!). We eventually rented a place in Oak Lawn that she found for us -- the other realtor (representing the owner) was a bit of a tricky snake in the grass, but Venessa did everything she could to keep him from screwing us over. One day, when it comes time to be big kids and buy a house... we know which realtor we will be calling!

We listed our house in June 2012 and he came out, walked us through everything, took outstanding pictures, and got our house listed for sale pretty quickly. We received several offers the first week, mostly due to him suggesting an appropriate price and the the great photos he took to showcase our home. After shopping for a new home and seeing some of the pictures other agents post, I realized how GREAT the photos were that he took!! We accepted a contract 5 days after listing, was an effortless experience! On the new purchase side of the deal, it was pretty easy for the most part. We had been keeping a close eye on listings in our area, so we looked mostly online and narrowed the list to go and see. Jason is very knowledgable and always had the answers we were looking for. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have.
