Told the management agreement allowed them to make that decision? The staff turn around has been on going, every 3-4 months there is a new person in charge. I…read moremanage hundreds of properties across DFW for individual owners and majority of the homes are located within an HOA. These HOAs have management companies to oversee them and most of them are pretty good at their job... except for this company. I chose to live in the Southridge McKinney community because of the quality of the homes and the…read moreexpectation that the HOA would help maintain neighborhood standards. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience with Neighborhood Management. This is still a relatively new subdivision, yet there are already properties with basketball goals left in front yards, worn or discarded furniture visible in front of garages, trash cans left out for extended periods, poorly maintained landscaping, and yards that are clearly not being cared for. It's disappointing to see the community beginning to decline when these issues could be addressed through consistent enforcement. What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency. I received a warning for having my trash can in front of my garage, yet similar or more significant violations throughout the neighborhood appear to go unaddressed. HOA rules should be enforced fairly and consistently for everyone. Homeowners pay HOA dues with the expectation that the community's appearance and property values will be protected. I encourage Neighborhood Management to be more proactive and consistent in enforcing the community standards. These are beautiful homes in a beautiful neighborhood - please do the job you've been hired to do and help preserve the community for everyone.

I have to say, the team concept that The Cave Realty Team embodies cannot be matched. When I met with Sherry, I already had an agent I planned to work with. She knew that coming into the meeting and still gave me the time out of her day to give me information about my market area. She explained to my wife and I that each member of her team specialized in different parts of the sale and that intrigued me. She provided examples of their work such as virtual tours, previous sold listings, and the potential market in my specific area comparables. By the end of the meeting, I had chosen The Cave team and stand by that decision. Sherry knew the magic price to set my home to not only make money but to bring in serious buyers from day 1. By the end of the first weekend, we had over 20 showings, 3 offers, and a solid contract as well as a backup contract. I needed to sell quickly due to moving out of state and she put my needs and timeline first instead of lining her own pockets like the other competitors. Ryan and Stephanie kept me in the loop of everything going on via email which is all you can ask for. They kept me informed of what documents to start gathering to ensure a smooth closing. Sherry also brought reputable handyman and contractors that were very affordable to help with inspection repairs needed. I cannot be more pleased with the team that I chose to handle my sale. After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.
