Seychelle was amazing! She swooped in and helped me ready a condo that a previous agent had listed with a moldy air vents, damaged floor, dirty carpets, smelly, and a slew of other issues I didn't realize. The listing had already been discounted 2 times in 180 days and not one offer.  After investing time and money in these fixes, the condo sold 3 weeks later. Yes, we did negotiate a lower price, however that beat leaving it on the market even longer and was still a fair price. I'd call it a success no matter what other review you see on here! He was very responsive when we found the place that is now our home. We asked him to show it the next day so my sister in law could see it. He was there the next day.
