Seychelle was amazing! She swooped in and helped me ready a condo that a previous agent had listed with a moldy air vents, damaged floor, dirty carpets, smelly, and a slew of other issues I didn't realize. The listing had already been discounted 2 times in 180 days and not one offer.  After investing time and money in these fixes, the condo sold 3 weeks later. Yes, we did negotiate a lower price, however that beat leaving it on the market even longer and was still a fair price. I'd call it a success no matter what other review you see on here!
