Having seen Radhi Shah's picture on most of the grocery carts at Kroger, I decided to look into her credentials. Her performance, year after year, illustrated her extensive skills and abilities, so we contacted her. Radhi is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, putting us at ease. This was our first time selling a house in Texas, and we immediately knew she was the right agent for the job! She thoroughly reviewed the process we would work through, and with her guidance, we followed each step she recommended, which included new paint scheme that was in demand from current market buyers, as well as upgrading our master bath shower, along with a few other minor details throughout the house. In addition, she also brought in a stager to ensure our house was as perfect as possible -- maximizing the value of a first impression. She also utilized a superb photographer to bring the absolute best in our home to the eyes of curious shoppers. Our photography even included drone images of our property! When all was said and done, our home came across as the cream of the crop in our market! We put our house up for sale, and in less than one week, we had an offer from solid buyer! Radhi stayed directly involved in every aspect from start to finish. Selling a home can be intimidating and daunting, as there is so much to handle, but with Radhi's outstanding lead, she took the majority of pressure off of us and placed it upon herself to make the process as smooth as possible. We cannot thank Radhi enough for everything she did to help us! It is no wonder she has been and will continue to be the best real estate agent anywhere! Thank you SO much, Radhi! We appreciate you more than words can express!

My wife and I worked with Jeff Brand, he had a great presentation along with a first and second…read moremeeting. After that he lacked Customer Service, Customer Empathy, professionalism and responsiveness. First off, when you are moving, leaving one job and starting a new one in another state, you need lots of help and support from your Realtor. You pay them to constantly be in contact with you, go over many times the key cost of selling your house outside commission. Jeff handed us off many times to his "team" and wasn't readily available. We often had to leave messages or talk to his staff which didn't have all the answers we wanted. He is out of town often and it's his time off. We had a medium to high end home in Bridlewood, Flower Mound, TX and felt very under represented. From the lack of response, to the non-professional photos, to not reviewing our closing statement with us before we signed, just bad customer service. I also told him many times I didn't want to pay for a home warranty for the buyer but it was put inside an addendum I didn't thoroughly read. So regardless of me telling him I didn't want it, he knew I was so busy so he just put it in the addendum and knew we would sign. I also had to ask him to check in with my wife often, which he didn't, maybe he had an office staff person call her, but not him. I told him I felt like he didn't represent me well against what he stated was a less experienced realtor as I feel they got more than needed. I asked Jeff for a refund of some of the commission because he didn't perform well, his response was I don't owe you anything and you signed everything. He doesn't care about the service he provided, he measures customer service by you signing the documents and moving along. So, therefore I give him a bad review. If he would have refunded some money and covered for his lack of negotiating skills on my house and for the poor customer service, I would have felt much better. Also, our first buyer was a cash offer that dropped out. it turns out they rented a home that Jeff is representing, he didn't even have the professionalism to tell us, he just stated they weren't interested in our house anymore. A neighbor informed us. He stated he didn't make any money, not one penny, but I know who rented the house he represented and they are wealth clients who he would like in the future.

John provided detailed analysis of what a good sales price would be. Given the comps for the neighborhood, it was also aggressive. After providing an initial walk through with ideas of how to make the house appealing to every potential buyer, John also spent an entire day, and evening, staging the house. Our house is fairly clutter free and well appointed, but John just has a knack for making things look that much better; It was fun to watch him in action. Our house looked so beautiful we almost did not want to sell it! With 2 young boys and very busy lives, we were extremely concerned with keeping the house "showing ready" at all times. Obviously given the preparation that went into the house, John does not believe in a "slap it up and hope it sticks" approach that I had grown accustomed to with other realtors. This became evident when we received an offer for above asking price on the first day, which set a strong comparable standard for the neighborhood. The events between the offer and closing can often be wrought with issues. From the inspection, to the appraisal, and the closing itself, everything was handled very well and went fast and smooth thanks in large part to the diligence of John. He is not afraid to act on your behalf to speed the process up, whether it be speaking to an appraiser or calling a lender. Mandy Moss and her group at Republic Title, the agency John uses, were also very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. John is truly a consummate professional at all times. During the whole process I never worried about being able to speak to him almost instantly. No email, text, or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour; most of the time it was instantaneous. Any detail needing his attention to keep the process going was immediately dealt with. It always felt like it was his own house he was selling. If you want a Realtor that works hard for you, John is definitely it.

They knew exactly what we needed to do to get ready and helped us through the process (this time as a Seller) along with their amazing team members. They understand the market, both in terms of sellers and buyers, and when it comes to a listing price they don't force you to list at a low price to reduce their time and move on to their next client. They price aggressively because of their market sense, experience, and because at the end of the day they care about their customers and their families. Moving and buying a new home is a bigger task than most people understand, and Jay & Mindy will be there day and night to make sure everything goes as YOU expect. We tried for 4 months to sell our home with Ebby with no success. Their only suggestion was to "lower your price by $20k". You see $20k is a lot to you but not to a realtor; it's $600 in commission at the end of the day. Jay & Mindy don't operate in this fashion. Jay & Mindy sold our home at $15k above the Ebby listing price in 36 hours! Love these guys! I will never use another realtor as long as Iive in an area they are willing to buy/sell in :-)

We listed our house in June 2012 and he came out, walked us through everything, took outstanding pictures, and got our house listed for sale pretty quickly. We received several offers the first week, mostly due to him suggesting an appropriate price and the the great photos he took to showcase our home. After shopping for a new home and seeing some of the pictures other agents post, I realized how GREAT the photos were that he took!! We accepted a contract 5 days after listing, was an effortless experience! On the new purchase side of the deal, it was pretty easy for the most part. We had been keeping a close eye on listings in our area, so we looked mostly online and narrowed the list to go and see. Jason is very knowledgable and always had the answers we were looking for. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have.
