He is an excellent communicator, he knows the market, and he is ultra-dependable. When Ryan tells you he will do something, he does it. He has been as helpful after the sale as he was before. I am proud to have a new Texas friend.

From start to finish they guided us through the process with outstanding communication and professionalism. We were moving from out of state and had very little insight into the various neighborhoods and towns. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our search quickly. We really appreciate that Brad took the time to give us a bigger picture of each area where we found a potential home. He provided market analysis and personal insight of resale-ability and value. We really appreciate Brad's background in business lending itself to the real-estate world. It helped us feel like we were not only buying a home we love but a home that has good value in the long run. Brad and Kelli went above and beyond over and over again, often staying up late with us to discuss neighborhood comps on houses we thought we might like to buy, or just to listen to our thoughts and concerns. For the first time ever we actually had realtors who looked at all the available homes and made recommendations and setup showings. We saw a number of potential homes that we liked that we would have never considered if it wasn't for Brad and Kelli. They never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up the process. They truly made us feel like they were part of our home buying journey. Hands down if it wasn't for Brad we would not have gotten our dream home. His negotiation skills and ability to communicate all aspects of a deal got us the house. As we write this review we were looking back at the home buying experience as a whole and realized how easy Brad and Kelli made everything. If anything needed to get taken care of on any front Brad was already on top of it and making phone calls or sending emails. This extended far beyond just the buying of the home. Brad has an excellent network of professionals that helped make every single aspect easy. From the loan, to getting the house painted, to the inspection process. We have never ever had such a smooth real-estate transaction. Even after the purchase of the home Brad has continued to support us with small house related issues as we noticed them. Every single thing was taken care of in a timely manner from start to finish and without any headache on our part. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Brad and Kelli to everyone we know. They are an amazing team to work with. If the term "white glove service" can be applied to a real-estate transaction that is exactly what you'll get from them. Every single bump along the way will be handled quickly and efficiently. We have two young girls and they even brought really nice gifts for them as well to the closing! Thanks again for the amazing level of service!!

I am very picky in what I want and made it clear that I don't want just a nice home....I wanted the "perfect" one for me. Brad literally found it! This was not an easy deal. It was a 15 offers, 2 days on the market type of unique home. Brad's super professional, on-point approach, as well as his amazing business and life partner Kelli Ritz, went to work on Father's Day weekend and put me ahead of all offers and we were able to make it happen. Honestly outside of this outstanding deal it was just a pleasure working and getting to know Brad. He is a wealth of knowledge and a class act. I learned so much working with him and would highly recommend the Ritz team.

We've bought and sold around 10 properties over the years, and Kyle was by far the best real estate agent we've worked with. We received five offers within a day of listing. He prepared the property beautifully, coordinated all the necessary trades, and managed everything seamlessly. Since we live out of state, he handled the entire process without us needing to be there, which made the experience incredibly easy. Kyle is an excellent negotiator--firm but fair--and we were able to close in just three weeks. He also has a great network of trusted professionals, from contractors and surveyors to title companies, which kept everything moving efficiently. What really stood out was his business acumen and communication. I always felt informed about the important decisions without being bogged down by the day-to-day details, which has been my experience with other agents. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the experience. Kyle earned every penny of his commission, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

John provided detailed analysis of what a good sales price would be. Given the comps for the neighborhood, it was also aggressive. After providing an initial walk through with ideas of how to make the house appealing to every potential buyer, John also spent an entire day, and evening, staging the house. Our house is fairly clutter free and well appointed, but John just has a knack for making things look that much better; It was fun to watch him in action. Our house looked so beautiful we almost did not want to sell it! With 2 young boys and very busy lives, we were extremely concerned with keeping the house "showing ready" at all times. Obviously given the preparation that went into the house, John does not believe in a "slap it up and hope it sticks" approach that I had grown accustomed to with other realtors. This became evident when we received an offer for above asking price on the first day, which set a strong comparable standard for the neighborhood. The events between the offer and closing can often be wrought with issues. From the inspection, to the appraisal, and the closing itself, everything was handled very well and went fast and smooth thanks in large part to the diligence of John. He is not afraid to act on your behalf to speed the process up, whether it be speaking to an appraiser or calling a lender. Mandy Moss and her group at Republic Title, the agency John uses, were also very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. John is truly a consummate professional at all times. During the whole process I never worried about being able to speak to him almost instantly. No email, text, or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour; most of the time it was instantaneous. Any detail needing his attention to keep the process going was immediately dealt with. It always felt like it was his own house he was selling. If you want a Realtor that works hard for you, John is definitely it.

They understand the market, both in terms of sellers and buyers, and when it comes to a listing price they don't force you to list at a low price to reduce their time and move on to their next client. They price aggressively because of their market sense, experience, and because at the end of the day they care about their customers and their families. Moving and buying a new home is a bigger task than most people understand, and Jay & Mindy will be there day and night to make sure everything goes as YOU expect. We tried for 4 months to sell our home with Ebby with no success. Their only suggestion was to "lower your price by $20k". You see $20k is a lot to you but not to a realtor; it's $600 in commission at the end of the day. Jay & Mindy don't operate in this fashion. Jay & Mindy sold our home at $15k above the Ebby listing price in 36 hours! Love these guys! I will never use another realtor as long as Iive in an area they are willing to buy/sell in :-)

As we were moving from out of state, looking for a home had its challenges, but John's ingenuity and flexibility really made the process easier. When we were able to fly into the area, John's time commitment to us was amazing - allowing us to see a very long list of homes. He took the time to show us around the area too so we could envision where we'd grocery shop, workout, eat out, and other similar routines. When we were not in the area, John would tour homes with us remotely, via video. Other traits we loved: John is super knowledgeable on home construction and was able to bring aspects of a home (good or bad) to our attention. He is also quick to follow up on open questions/actions and gets the job done. John is really laid back too and not at all pushy or "sales-y".
