After providing a great service when we purchased our house, we never thought of using anyone but…read moreJohn for its subsequent sale a few years later. John provided detailed analysis of what a good sales price would be. Given the comps for the neighborhood, it was also aggressive. After providing an initial walk through with ideas of how to make the house appealing to every potential buyer, John also spent an entire day, and evening, staging the house. Our house is fairly clutter free and well appointed, but John just has a knack for making things look that much better; It was fun to watch him in action. Our house looked so beautiful we almost did not want to sell it! With 2 young boys and very busy lives, we were extremely concerned with keeping the house "showing ready" at all times. Obviously given the preparation that went into the house, John does not believe in a "slap it up and hope it sticks" approach that I had grown accustomed to with other realtors. This became evident when we received an offer for above asking price on the first day, which set a strong comparable standard for the neighborhood. The events between the offer and closing can often be wrought with issues. From the inspection, to the appraisal, and the closing itself, everything was handled very well and went fast and smooth thanks in large part to the diligence of John. He is not afraid to act on your behalf to speed the process up, whether it be speaking to an appraiser or calling a lender. Mandy Moss and her group at Republic Title, the agency John uses, were also very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. John is truly a consummate professional at all times. During the whole process I never worried about being able to speak to him almost instantly. No email, text, or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour; most of the time it was instantaneous. Any detail needing his attention to keep the process going was immediately dealt with. It always felt like it was his own house he was selling. If you want a Realtor that works hard for you, John is definitely it.

After that he lacked Customer Service, Customer Empathy, professionalism and responsiveness. First off, when you are moving, leaving one job and starting a new one in another state, you need lots of help and support from your Realtor. You pay them to constantly be in contact with you, go over many times the key cost of selling your house outside commission. Jeff handed us off many times to his "team" and wasn't readily available. We often had to leave messages or talk to his staff which didn't have all the answers we wanted. He is out of town often and it's his time off. We had a medium to high end home in Bridlewood, Flower Mound, TX and felt very under represented. From the lack of response, to the non-professional photos, to not reviewing our closing statement with us before we signed, just bad customer service. I also told him many times I didn't want to pay for a home warranty for the buyer but it was put inside an addendum I didn't thoroughly read. So regardless of me telling him I didn't want it, he knew I was so busy so he just put it in the addendum and knew we would sign. I also had to ask him to check in with my wife often, which he didn't, maybe he had an office staff person call her, but not him. I told him I felt like he didn't represent me well against what he stated was a less experienced realtor as I feel they got more than needed. I asked Jeff for a refund of some of the commission because he didn't perform well, his response was I don't owe you anything and you signed everything. He doesn't care about the service he provided, he measures customer service by you signing the documents and moving along. So, therefore I give him a bad review. If he would have refunded some money and covered for his lack of negotiating skills on my house and for the poor customer service, I would have felt much better. Also, our first buyer was a cash offer that dropped out. it turns out they rented a home that Jeff is representing, he didn't even have the professionalism to tell us, he just stated they weren't interested in our house anymore. A neighbor informed us. He stated he didn't make any money, not one penny, but I know who rented the house he represented and they are wealth clients who he would like in the future.

As we were moving from out of state, looking for a home had its challenges, but John's ingenuity and flexibility really made the process easier. When we were able to fly into the area, John's time commitment to us was amazing - allowing us to see a very long list of homes. He took the time to show us around the area too so we could envision where we'd grocery shop, workout, eat out, and other similar routines. When we were not in the area, John would tour homes with us remotely, via video. Other traits we loved: John is super knowledgeable on home construction and was able to bring aspects of a home (good or bad) to our attention. He is also quick to follow up on open questions/actions and gets the job done. John is really laid back too and not at all pushy or "sales-y". For us, he was that "calm" in what can be a stressful "storm" of a process. Again... we highly recommend John!

From start to finish they guided us through the process with outstanding communication and professionalism. We were moving from out of state and had very little insight into the various neighborhoods and towns. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our search quickly. We really appreciate that Brad took the time to give us a bigger picture of each area where we found a potential home. He provided market analysis and personal insight of resale-ability and value. We really appreciate Brad's background in business lending itself to the real-estate world. It helped us feel like we were not only buying a home we love but a home that has good value in the long run. Brad and Kelli went above and beyond over and over again, often staying up late with us to discuss neighborhood comps on houses we thought we might like to buy, or just to listen to our thoughts and concerns. For the first time ever we actually had realtors who looked at all the available homes and made recommendations and setup showings. We saw a number of potential homes that we liked that we would have never considered if it wasn't for Brad and Kelli. They never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up the process. They truly made us feel like they were part of our home buying journey. Hands down if it wasn't for Brad we would not have gotten our dream home. His negotiation skills and ability to communicate all aspects of a deal got us the house. As we write this review we were looking back at the home buying experience as a whole and realized how easy Brad and Kelli made everything. If anything needed to get taken care of on any front Brad was already on top of it and making phone calls or sending emails. This extended far beyond just the buying of the home. Brad has an excellent network of professionals that helped make every single aspect easy. From the loan, to getting the house painted, to the inspection process. We have never ever had such a smooth real-estate transaction. Even after the purchase of the home Brad has continued to support us with small house related issues as we noticed them. Every single thing was taken care of in a timely manner from start to finish and without any headache on our part. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Brad and Kelli to everyone we know. They are an amazing team to work with. If the term "white glove service" can be applied to a real-estate transaction that is exactly what you'll get from them. Every single bump along the way will be handled quickly and efficiently. We have two young girls and they even brought really nice gifts for them as well to the closing! Thanks again for the amazing level of service!!
