From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

Becoming a homeowner has been a serious intention of mine for each of the past three years. And…read moreeach of those three years, my apartment lease would come up again, and I would wistfully renew, dreaming of the day I would have a home of my own. It took me three full years to overcome my paralysis from fear and anxiety about "the biggest financial decision I will ever make in my life" to finally commit to the process and begin working with Alysse. From our first conversation, her absolute expertise was apparent, and she won my trust as she carefully listened to what I was looking for in my home. Buying a house IS stressful, particularly as a first time homebuyer during a national pandemic, but Alysse helped make the experience as smooth and stress free as possible for me. Looking for homes together was truly enjoyable- she is passionate about buyer education and inspecting each home for its pros and cons (which she will send you in a detailed list for each property you consider putting in an offer on). She will point out early warning signs you may not have noticed to ensure you're making a smart investment with your home purchase. She is very to the point and logical, which was an asset as I tend to overanalyze and process things just as much emotionally as logically. (It's taken me a whole month, for example, to process my thoughts for this review; left to my own devices I would still be looking for a home as you truly have to make your offer FAST in this market, and fast has never been my forte with decision making.) She helped me be more objective and have confidence to move forward with my dream of becoming a homeowner. With my particular home, I did take her recommendation to put in a full price offer, as it's an extremely competitive market to get a house under $245,000 (especially a great home)! With her help, I was able to get my first offer accepted on my favorite home I saw in my three months of watching the listings and viewing homes! I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I'm now living out the homeowner dream!! There is no perfect house, but this house is perfectly suited to my needs. Thank you, Alysse!!
