We listed our house in June 2012 and he came out, walked us through everything, took outstanding pictures, and got our house listed for sale pretty quickly. We received several offers the first week, mostly due to him suggesting an appropriate price and the the great photos he took to showcase our home. After shopping for a new home and seeing some of the pictures other agents post, I realized how GREAT the photos were that he took!! We accepted a contract 5 days after listing, was an effortless experience! On the new purchase side of the deal, it was pretty easy for the most part. We had been keeping a close eye on listings in our area, so we looked mostly online and narrowed the list to go and see. Jason is very knowledgable and always had the answers we were looking for. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have.

He was constantly sending us homes to look at that fit our preferences online and if we were interested at all, he would set up an appointment for us to see it as soon as possible, sometimes that same day. He would come out himself and if he happen to be busy, he would send his assistant to let us into the house to make sure that we were able to see it and then he would see it himself when he had spare time to give us his thoughts on the home. It was very easy to tell that he enjoys his job and he wants to make sure that we are getting the home we want and not just trying to get us to buy a home.
