I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.

There are too many options to deal with this type of customer service. I will not show any properties managed by this company.

Some repair bills are even added to your account without notice! Staff is condescending and passive aggressive often unprovoked (yes I have screenshots of this). They literally have in their contact something about "being respectful" in communication with them. Here's the thing. If it's gotten bad enough to add it to the lease, it's happened multiple times. If it's happened multiple times, that's a good indication that YOU ARE THE ISSUE. Not to mention, respect is subjective and often mistaken to mean obey authority without question. Also, since I suspect this is the reason it was added- people are allowed to be frustrated and angry when they get duped and taken advantage of. You do not get to take advantage of people and then tell them how to respond to it, or not respond to it. Take some accountability. We didn't think to look at reviews before we rented our place. We could've saved so much money if we did. Like thousands of dollars. Most companies have a part in the contract that says tenants can't get their own repair company/person, it must come from them. This is to prevent people from hiring shady workers, BUT this company is the opposite. Almost every contractor is a one person company, which is fine except most either didn't fully fix the repair or took forever, if it even got fixed at all. And why do they do this you might ask? Because "maintenance" simply adds on a band aid until whatever it is inevitably breaks and then it becomes the tenant's financial responsibility. And god forbid it breaks outside their office hours. TLDR; run.
