I needed my MacBook the next morning at 11 am for a meeting and the problem was TOUGH - Ghosting and color distortion that made work nearly impossible. I had done some research online and a guy who had the same problem paid 600 UK Pounds for his fix ($800 US). Not only did Louis fix it, but it cost $150 bucks and it was ready at 8 am. Trekking around Hyannis on a quiet Saturday, we came upon Best Fix and Repair. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped by the gentleman owner. Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you! I highly recommend Best Fix and Repair. No negatives whatsoever.

Store owner is very kind--service initially went well, had the back glass on my iPhone 16 pro repaired and a day later I have a chip in the back glass--didn't drop, case on back etc...called them, hoping they'd honor the service and just a complete disaster of a conversation, comparisons to getting your car fixed and then crashing etc... As someone who isn't trying to take advantage of hard working people, I was disappointed. Maybe the aftermarket back glass wasn't the best quality? Not sure. I wouldn't recommend the location unfortunately. $159 for the glass to chip with a case on, no dropping etc. The owner did offer a "discount" but ultimately I'd expect more after having it fixed no more than a day later it's chipped. That being said, just expect more for the price and for the owner to stand by the product and service. *Update* Clearly you can see how passive aggressive and childish the owner is. As with other reviews that did not got his way--I would like to let future customers know there are other options that I wish I looked more into. The Cape Cod Hyannis Mall has the Geek Squad who sell only OEM apple replacement parts and, get this...they have a warranty on their products because they're an Apple partner. Now, that being said it's a whopping $10 more than this "Best Fix" location. Anyway, my loss. I trusted what I thought would be a good service and got burnt. Learned my lesson, I hope this helps someone and if you don't like to get everything for free definitely don't see this guy.

The owner did not greet us and when my family member mentioned that her bracelet she purchased from him needed repair, he just took it without asking what's wrong, giving a timeframe of how long it would take to fix it etc. . Now keep in mind WE purchased from him last summer. In addition, he spoke to ALL other patrons (coming and going) except us. Literally the kids, parents yet, he did not speak to my mother and I but kept looking at us. He was extremely rude and it was not okay. When asked about his accountability, he said, "I was busy"... however you were not too busy and VERY excited to help me last year when I purchased from you. In addition there was music playing by Marvin Gaye and in his irritation (clearly with us), he turned the music saying "it's driving me crazy" and turned it to "another artist". I've been coming to Martha's Vineyard for years actually decades and this level of treatment is unacceptable. I'm disappointed in the beyond lack of customer service he gave MY mother. I will never shop in there again nor will I make a recommendation to anyone to shop there.

Matt, the owner of CCP, does not know I am writing this nor did he solicit me to write this in any way. Matt worked for my company as a contract Computer Field Technician in our area for 2 years. Matt is a very skilled technician. One of the best, if not the best, we ever had do work for us. He serviced hundreds of our customers without a hint of a complaint. In fact he had nothing but positive reviews and customers still ask for him. I found him to be honest, fair, and worked with a high degree of integrity. When he left us to go "on his own", which we were fully aware from day one was his eventual intention, it was on the very best of terms. Matt never solicited any of our customers to "steal" them for his company. That alone ads proof of his high level of integrity and shows the confidence he has in is own abilities. Anyone saying Matt is not of the highest honor and follows fair business practices would have a hard time convincing me.

Two months, four hour-long round trips, and the crystal I asked for still hasn't been replaced…read more I brought in an old Waltham for a service, a new crystal, and a new strap. I was told up front the work would exceed the watch's value -- honest advice I appreciated -- and went ahead anyway. A month of silence followed (my phone number had been entered wrong). The strap never arrived. When I finally picked the watch up, the crystal hadn't been replaced either. Instead someone had buffed the old plastic -- never requested, never discussed, nowhere on the work order -- and charged me about $35. They credited that $35 toward the crystal, so I drove back and left the watch again. Weeks later it returned untouched. Not a backlog: their in-house watchmaker had it in hand, did nothing, and sent it back with "replace crystal?" written across a work order that already said to replace the crystal. At pickup, the owner volunteered "yeah, I buffed it" from across the shop, then raised his voice when I responded. He told me I was repeating myself, argued the watch wasn't technically late, and corrected me on his own vacation length. I asked for a refund of the $35 for work I never authorized. He flatly refused -- he doesn't refund "services provided." The counter staff are genuinely kind. But four trips, seven weeks, an unauthorized charge, no apology, and no accommodation is enough. I can't recommend Keegan's for watch service, crystals, or straps.
