Excellent service. A bit slow on some repairs, but quality is always good. Mostly works on Corvettes and Camaros.

The process was pretty quick and the shop was very responsive and even though I did not elect to get additional work done, (I can do a lot of the regular maintenance stuff myself, really just wanted the diagnostic) I appreciated the constant updates on the work getting done, making it a very "stress-free" experience. Overall worth a visit as a first time customer and I'll be back for regular oil changes.

I have to say I have mixed experiences with my brake pad/rotor services... One of the new brake…read moresystem installed have had problems like constant grinding noise, reversely installed brake pad (yes i did not make this up) and brake pad that making clicking sound whenever I press brake for the 1st time after changing gear (this turns out to be the pad installed is a bit smaller in size and not tightly fitting into the system). I went back to the shop 3 times over the course of ~9 months, each time discovering some issues and replacing the pad/disk (this is where i felt good about the shop, everyone welcomed me back and did the diagnose and replacement for free). I end up relacing the two front pad/disk with another brand (zimmerman? that's what i heard) and resolved all issues. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I have to leave my honest and true experience which exhausts me over the last year (imagine every time you back out of your garage and hearing this "click" sound from your brake system, with a baby in a car. You natually worries about your safety).

I've been going to TLS Auto Service for over 10 years, and Anthony, the owner,…read morehas worked on several of my vehicles over the years--including a 3rd gen 4Runner, 3rd gen Prius, and now my 5th gen 4Runner and 4th gen RAV4. I bring all my cars here for regular maintenance like oil changes, brake fluids, differential fluid and coolant fluids maintenance, brake pad and rotor replacements. They've also handled bigger repairs such as an axle seal leak, valve cover gasket leak, and fixing warped rotors. Everything has always been done right the first time. What really sets this place apart is that Anthony does most of the work himself, and after the job is done, you hear directly from him about what was done and why. He's very polite and easy to talk to, and you never feel like you're being ripped off. The quality is as good as--or better than--the dealership, using original Toyota parts, but without dealership prices. No middleman, no customer service rep--just straight answers from the person actually working on your car. He also documents major repairs with before-and-after photos and will even check in a day or two later to make sure everything's driving well. Most importantly, they're honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I've never had an issue in the 10+ years I've been coming here. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, I highly recommend TLS Auto Service.

I've been a happy customer at George's auto repair for years, and they always took care of my cars…read morewith quality work and reasonable prices, not to mention everyone being so nice, honest, professional, warm and are genuinely good people. Other auto shops insists on selling you parts (so they could make a profit on the parts too). But I'm super picky about what parts are installed on my cars, and George's actually encourages me to bring in parts that I sourced myself, to spare them the trouble of searching for hard-to-find pieces. This is a winner in my book! I noticed the recent construction at the site, was wondering when would George's reopen. A couple of days ago I saw that the snack shop opened, so I went in to check. The clerk told me it's a new business there now, they don't yet have a phone number, it's currently just a gas station (no longer Valero) and snack shop, the auto repair section is closed at this time. He didn't know if George's would reopen elsewhere. Suggesting that I return another time to ask the manager as he might know. I haven't done that yet, but the sudden change makes me sad. If anyone from the old team reads this, I'm the guy with the Audis. If you r shop moved elsewhere, I'll remain your customer wherever you go, as long as you're not too far away. I'm sure other customers feel the same. So please let us know!
