Advice to the new owner of the company: Don't insult the intelligence of your potential customers by attempted to use the "This price is only good for today," ploy. Sorry to say I paid this company for many years and they were happy to keep taking my money while my property deteriorated around me. Now that I finally let them go it is going to take many THOUSANDS of dollars to rehabilitate the yard. Every bush and tree is mismanaged, overgrown, beds falling apart, huge weeds. Should a yard look like this when I have been paying consistently for 8+ years? Owner Jay and his workers never made a single recommendation for upkeep. When I asked to address one area or another they were unresponsive. All they do is mow the (ever shrinking) area of grass in the front of the house and take your money. My current rate is not cheap either at $170/month. I'm so sorry I trusted them. Don't be like me.
