Indigo! You treated me RIGHT. From the very beginning, I responded to Reginald who came out for the free on-site estimate. He was very knowledgeable and we came up with a good plan that served my needs and budget. Pricing was super competitive and we had to come up with a plan to price separately the trees that I was splitting in between my house with my neighbor's. Reginald was kind enough to draft up an itemization for them to pay their half for those specific trees. Now, I am in East Point and they are very strict about permits, and at one point Reginald got on a three way call with the permit office so they could walk us through all the steps and finalize the permit to get my service scheduled. I have to rate them a 2 only because when the 3 guys actually did come out, they did a good job. However, the office staff is beyond wanting! I have a very vocal HOA and requested Indigo's service every 2 weeks, weather permitting. Having to constantly call/email their office to remind them to come out and service my lawn was ridiculous. Gabby, the office manager always had some type of excuse and never keeps her word. After a year of the b.s. and them coming out once a month, I stopped using them. Communication, a great product and prices as well as great customer service keeps customers, not to mention customers that refer your services. This company, Indigo Landscaping (Reginald Rutherford & Gabby Williams) truly need to learn that. If you use them, you will feel like a stalker! In the end, it's just not worth it. Sad thing is I wanted to use them for more services like sod and mulch installation, but couldn't get them to even come out every 2 weeks. If you can't provide the basics, I can't utilize you for more services.
