As soon as my husband picked up the car and started driving it, smoke began coming out of the vehicle. Not only was the original problem not fixed, but the car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. I was then told the vehicle actually needed over $5,000 in turbo repairs. Had I been told that from the beginning, I never would have agreed to the $850 repair. As a customer, I expected a proper diagnosis. As a mechanic, you would think the goal would be to correctly diagnose the issue and make the vehicle better--not return it in worse condition. One of the most concerning parts of this experience was learning during a phone call that the vehicle was never test-driven after the repair. I have a recording of that conversation, and Andy was very rude . Like you are going to be rude when you just stole money from me . The communication throughout this process was also frustrating. Whenever I asked questions or requested that we communicate through email so everything would be documented, I was repeatedly told to call instead. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. The only resolution they offered was to refund the cost of the parts, not the full amount I paid. They also wanted the parts they had installed returned. I repeatedly asked how I was supposed to know that my original parts would actually be put back on my vehicle, but I never received a clear answer. I kept telling them that After trying to resolve the matter directly, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I felt I had no other option. Definitely do not recommend.

Such an honest car repair shop. Rich is wonderful!…read more My Dad has been coming here for years and has always raved about them so I finally came in when I was having some car issues. My car was making a really awful grinding noise in the back left rear area anytime I braked or made a left turn. Rich and his team took a look and found a failed caliper and very worn down brakes and rotors. They called me over so I could take a look for myself. Together we checked out my car while on the bay and Rich explained to me exactly what was failing and what was going on. I felt like I got a crash course in automotive mechanic school and I liked being able to physically see the damage and what was going on. It was great and made me feel more comfortable about the work I was about to get done. For example, even though only one caliper failed, he explained that we really should do two at a time so that when I brake, my car doesn't swivel towards the direction of the newer caliper. Best to do in pairs. When it came to giving me a quote, he showed me exactly how much every part cost and why it needed to be replaced plus labor. Very reasonable price for all I had done and I'm very happy with the timeliness and quality of the work! The whole process from start to finish was awesome!
