I started searching for repair/replacement folks and found Victory. They were one of the more reasonably priced places and they give back to the community so that kinda sealed the deal. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the technician (is that what we call them? I don't know car things...) was able to come to my residence to replace my windshield. It took about an hour and woohoo good as new. Better even. The employee was friendly and helpfully answered all the questions I had about the service. Definitely recommend for your flying rock woes!

They go me in right away and despite a delay on my appointment was still way sooner than the competition and far more convenient. He was super friendly and got it done way sooner than we expected. My appointment was 10am-2pm (not a normal appointment time but they squeezed me in due to my windshield being delayed but weather happens) and he finished at 10:50, quick and easy! Well it grew into a 16 inch crack within 24 hours. I opened a claim with my insurance assuming I had no deductible glass coverage. Apparently I don't. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping. I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp. I work evenings and nights so I was very grateful to be able to work with a customer service rep over email. Mary was always very responsive to my questions and scheduling an appointment. She gave me a quote that was nearly $100 less than all the other quotes and they would be able to come to me for service. The technician assigned to me was John. He is a customer service dream! Kind, genuine and communicated all the information in a very easily understandable fashion. My garage has a low clearance and he took extra care to make sure that his vehicle would not cause any damage. It seems like an obvious thing, however, there are some really heavy damage on our garage doors because people don't take the extra time to see if they really fit. The whole thing from the time he called to tell me he was on the way to the end was 45 minutes. The glass is great (actually shows now how dirty the rest of my car is...). I had all the "dos and don'ts" post installation. They took my credit card and was processed at the beginning of the job. I would gladly and highly recommend Glass Today. Ignore the 1-star guy. Mary follow up after the job was complete to make sure my experience was good. All-in-all, it's just how customer service should be!!
