They cancelled my appointment, which I found out via text. When I tried to reschedule by text, the…read morebot asked for the same information 3 times. When I called, I got an answering machine. Then I received a text saying, "It looks like you'd like a quote," and then, "Will you be using insurance?" That was information I'd given them when I scheduled the first time. I'm not going through the same intake process twice, especially because they were the ones who cancelled. They cancelled because their tech was going to be out the next day, so I guess they only have one tech? Bad experience all around.

It was one of those really nice Friday afternoons when suddenly a semi in front of me kicked up a…read morerock and made this tiny tiny hole....no big deal right? Well it grew into a 16 inch crack within 24 hours. I opened a claim with my insurance assuming I had no deductible glass coverage. Apparently I don't. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping. I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp. I work evenings and nights so I was very grateful to be able to work with a customer service rep over email. Mary was always very responsive to my questions and scheduling an appointment. She gave me a quote that was nearly $100 less than all the other quotes and they would be able to come to me for service. The technician assigned to me was John. He is a customer service dream! Kind, genuine and communicated all the information in a very easily understandable fashion. My garage has a low clearance and he took extra care to make sure that his vehicle would not cause any damage. It seems like an obvious thing, however, there are some really heavy damage on our garage doors because people don't take the extra time to see if they really fit. The whole thing from the time he called to tell me he was on the way to the end was 45 minutes. The glass is great (actually shows now how dirty the rest of my car is...). I had all the "dos and don'ts" post installation. They took my credit card and was processed at the beginning of the job. I would gladly and highly recommend Glass Today. Ignore the 1-star guy. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs.
