Two things come to mind here:…read more 'Amazing service' and 'Carrie is awesome'! One of the only places in the cities that was open on a Saturday. Two idiot young criminals tried breaking into my car and smashed the back side window out. On a vehicle that is a popular target, that window was extremely difficult to find. Safelite Auto Glass wanted nearly $1K for it--which is insane--and more than a week to get it replaced. Only1 could do it for less than half that cost. Carrie from Only1 helped me keep my sanity. I wasn't sure I wanted to file a claim with my auto insurance because I hadn't looked at the fine print for auto glass replacement (deductible or no?), and I didn't know if anyone could even find a window before temps dipped down to the single digits in the next few days. Carrie got my insurance on the phone with us on a three-way and we both tried to work out the details but my insurance was sending us over the hill and through the woods with no clear answer. Through all of this, Carrie was always positive, bright and upbeat. She was kind, caring and aware of my hellish overnight work schedule. By chance, Carrie was able to get a replacement for my side window within a day or two, once my insurance got their ducks in a row. They put me down for an appointment pretty much the day after and then my vehicle's window was replaced--good as new! The shop was very easy to find and I had no trouble finding a spot to park. Indoors, the shop was clean, warm and office-like. Carrie's desk was right at the front so we were finally able to meet after that adventure with my insurance. My hubs had tagged along and we were directed to the waiting room after handing my vehicle keys over to an older gentleman who worked in the shop. The waiting room had a large screen TV, several chairs, and an area with refreshments (well-stocked mini-fridge, coffee maker, hand sanitizer, etc). Everything was very clean and spaced out so you weren't sitting right next to anyone. There were two older gentlemen in the waiting room having a nice chat (despite the slight language/cultural barrier) about the news on TV--you don't often see this in waiting rooms anymore, too many folks on their phones nowadays. When the coffee maker had a slight hiccup (one of the older guys tried to get coffee), everyone in the room came forward to help. Man! What kind of place draws kind strangers in as customers??? I think my hubs and I waited about an hour and a half. I was able to catch part of the heart-pounding Japan vs Spain FIFA game--oof, that was intense! Spain was leading 1-0. Went home not knowing who would win though I was rooting for Samurai Blue. All the broken glass had been vacuumed up. New window rolled up and down without issue. Even the shade was working again (it wouldn't pull up before because of the broken glass). It was SO nice to be able to drive without a loud plastic bag rippling in the wind and not losing precious heat in this weather. My sincerest thanks to Only1 Auto Glass and Carrie! Also, as a kind of footnote: My hubs, who is incredibly discerning about service, was quite impressed/happy with this business (it helps that their mini-fridge stocked his favorite drink (a rarity) and their coffee maker also made hot chocolate). And Japan beat Spain 2-1 in an incredible victory--raaaaaaahhhhhh!!

I had my windshield replaced at Only 1 Auto Glass after my insurance company recommended them, and…read morethe experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and my service was completed on Friday, April 17, 2026. The technician, Gary, went above and beyond by calling to let me know an earlier time slot had opened up--which worked even better for my schedule. He and his associate were both friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process before getting started. The installation itself took about 40 minutes, and the results were great. Everything looks perfect, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Only 1 Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement.

Don't waste time and money and expensive jobs not good…read moremaybe for the new cars but if you have a full detailing don't go there sucks I go to pick up the car I notice they miss something I point they said they're gonna fix NO I get home check even worse

Short, but not so sweet experience. I picked up my sister so she could drop off her car to get…read moredetailed. She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

I had my windshield replaced recently, actually twice......the first time I brought my car in they…read moreused an aftermarket windshield. However with the fancy sensors and cameras on a Volvo they were not able to calibrate so I had to bring my car back after they ordered an OEM windshield from Volvo. Of course this was all on Safelite, so nothing extra on my part, except taking another whole day to have this done. FYI, windshield replacement took about 3-4 hours.

DO NOT GO HERE RUN IN ANY OTHER DIRECTION…read moreafter scheduling originally a service at my home, they canceled because of the weather and I had to drive to their horrible office. First of all, I had to get this done in the AM to be able to get done other things. I was not prepared to LEAVE my home when they called saying I had to come in instead of a home service so I had not eaten anything and could only grab a protein drink and get on the road. In the video they send "please prepare for your appointment" it says this is a 30 to 60 minute JOB INCLUDING SETTING OF THE GLUE. THIS TOOK over 2.5 HOURS! I was livid. I would have ubered home and back if I had known or had someone pick me up?! Let alone all the glass shards all over my dash and MISSING ANTENNA THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. This place was disgusting in the waiting room and it was early AM. Do they ever clean it? Did we not just have a pandemic? Uncomfortable armed chairs provided terrible positioning to relax or do my morning stretches. Sun shining in on gross beige walls and now grey salt covered floors. Bathroom was out of date too but at least seemed clean and not many ladies on site to use it anyways. Just avoid this location at all costs. If they are assigned to you, cancel your appointment and go to another location or a different shop. UPDATE ONE THEY CAME OUT WITH NO ANTENNA SAYING THEY THOUGHT MINE JUST NEEDED TO BE SCREWED BACK ON? how incompetent are these people. Your reply is BS. "service at no cost" the cost is my time for a 4 hour window to be AVAILABLE TO FIX UR MISTAKES
