The pricing was more than fair, the process was easy and convenient, and they walked me through how to use my remote start before sending me on my way. They under-promise and TOTALLY over-deliver. This October (a little less than 12 months later), I was having starting issues with my car. I brought the vehicle to the dealership who said they believed the issue to be with the remote start. I brought the car back to Remote Start MN, and the technician discovered the issue was NOT with the remote start but with my starter fuse, which the dealer had not caught. He ended up replacing the fuse, reinstalling my remote start unit, and all for FREE. This place and it's people are the best.

It is always a good sign when companies are monitoring and responding to customer service issues on Yelp! ---------------- Totally a hassle with communication! Broken system. I thought this would be a smooth and easy process; after all the Carousel Audi dealership was the one that referred me after my wife's car was rear ended on a freeway exit ramp. It started out fine, meeting Chris from La Mettry at the Audi dealership where he is stationed most days from 9-3. Once they were able to track him down he was able to take the car and write up an estimate. A few days later once the insurance company claim came through, I got a call from a low end call center with someone who's first language was not English, to scheduled a drop off date. They also agreed to arrange a rental car that I wold pick up at LaMettry's On Thursday prior to the Monday appointment, there was a voice mail from Aaron at LaMettry's saying that one part had to come from Germany so we needed to reschedule. No problem, stuff happens, I thought. As I was unable to reach Aaron, I was able to reach Chris after several attempts who confirmed a delay and promised to inform the rental agency and get back to me when the part was available. Monday I had a voice mail late in the afternoon saying the part had arrived and we could get on the schedule for Tuesday if we wanted, just one day later than the original schedule. I tried several times to reach Chris to confirm but was again not able to reach him live so left a voice mail around 4:30. At 5:30 pm on Monday I got a call from the rental car company asking if I was still meeting up with them to drop off the car. No one from LaMettry's had gotten word to them about the schedule change. First thing Tuesday, I tried again to call Chris to determine if I was to drop off the car that morning or not. Again after several rings, it went to his voice mail. I called the main number and the phone was answered promptly and the receptionist asked if I wanted to be transferred to his direct line-I said "no, he never answers his phone." She was able to get him on the line and he confirmed that I could bring the car in whenever was convenient. I said that I would be there in 15 minutes since I live nearby. I arrived 12 minutes later but the receptionist couldn't find the paperwork for the repair. Word had gotten to the rental car agency and the agent was waiting and got me a car fairly promptly once LaMettry's reprinted everything. I'm hoping their repair work exceeds their ability to communicate and coordinate with customers. I guess if a big chunk of your money is coming from insurance companies paying the bill (in our case over $1600 for a scratched plastic bumper and bent tail pipe) maybe it's not so critical how you deal with the claimants.

I had it reviewed by a different mechanic, and the Creative Auto told me to tow it to their shop to review it. The tow alone cost over $300, and once they receive it, they told me their "discount" price. Their "discount price" cost more than the full price of the mechanic that originally diagnosed it. What a joke. They won't even buy it back to help us out. We buy multiple vehicles every year for our business, and I was really hoping we had found a good spot to continue doing business. If they can't tell that a transmission is going out on a vehicle they are selling, they can't be trusted to professionally sell or service them.

I brought in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock with a 6 inch Rough Country lift and 37 inch tires…read morethat drove like crap on the road (death wobble etc) and told them I wanted to have them make this thing drive smoother and be more stable. They recommended a Clayton 3.5 Right Ride + Lift kit with Fox shocks. They also recommended Teraflex ball joints and a new steering pitman arm. I can't tell you how much better this thing rides now, the difference is night and day. I am extremely pleased with the results and can only say it was money well spent. Communication was awesome and I will go back to them for further mods when the mood comes up. PS, I also had them install a Superwinch and am pleased with that as well. Keep up the good work guys.
