    Chanhassen LaMettry's did me right! A lot of places are booked out really far in advance right now…read moredue to labor shortages and supply chain issues, so definitely be patient while booking out. My insurance tried providing me their approved shop list, but lo and behold, the list was out of date after calling around and I found out AFTER I had made the appointment. Well, I got a little tired of the run around and decided to go with a shop I knew did quality work. I started out at LaMettry's Inver Grove by my house for an estimate, and I was so happy that they would reach out within their network of shops to see if they could get me an earlier appointment. Now, Chanhassen isn't particularly close to where I live, but I figured it was worth getting the work done sooner. It was so nice to have them call and set up my rental car with my insurance and have it waiting for me when I dropped my car off! Everyone was so friendly, and even when my insurance was being difficult, Chad, the manager, helped me out and sent the paperwork in. I also really like that despite their parking lot being super full, my car was ready and done when they said it would be. Overall, super professional and great customer service!

There was a Tesla collision repair shop in the area, but I chose LaMettry's because they are a Tesla Approved Collision Center, they could start on the repair sooner, and I was able to make initial arrangements with a person rather than on-line. The car required structural repairs so it was transported to their Chanhassen shop and required three months to complete because of the double damage and parts availability. During that time Allen called me twice a week with updates. He also handled all contacts with both insurance companies. He handled coordination with the towing company insurance when I needed a rental car for a week. When I got the car back it was perfect. The new body panel gaps were uniform and symmetrical on both sides. The newly painted panels matched perfectly. Everything worked and the car was beautifully cleaned, detailed and delivered to my local LaMattry's shop for pickup. Thank you Allen. Highly recommended.

    Service window 12pm - 4 pm. So made sure to take off work the end of the day to be present for…read moreservice. 4 pm rolls around and no repair man. Called at 4:15 to see where they were (phone automation was also awful), they connected with the driver and he said, "sorry running behind, be there in 10 min.". 1 hour later and 90 min outside of the service window I called again, and they could connect with the driver because the store was closed for the day. 10/10 would not recommend...

    Absolutely abysmal. This was hands-down one of the most frustrating, incompetent service…read moreexperiences I've ever endured. I submitted a service request online, which required my VIN to even proceed. I entered it, scheduled the earliest available appointment--ten days out--and thought I was set. But no. That same day, I got a text asking for my VIN again. Fine. I sent it again. Then, just 36 hours before my appointment, I get a cryptic text: "Sorry you cancelled your appointment... click here to reschedule." I never cancelled anything. No explanation. No courtesy call. Just a passive-aggressive text telling me to start over. I called their 800 number, which was its own special kind of torture. Their phone system is a labyrinth of useless prompts designed to keep you from ever reaching a human. After more than ten minutes of button-mashing frustration, I finally got someone on the line. Her explanation? "We cancelled your appointment because we didn't have your VIN." Are you kidding me? I gave it to them twice. They couldn't be bothered to double-check or pick up the phone--they just nuked the appointment and expected me to wait another two weeks. This isn't just bad service. It's a masterclass in how to alienate customers with laziness, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. Avoid at all costs.
