My insurance tried providing me their approved shop list, but lo and behold, the list was out of date after calling around and I found out AFTER I had made the appointment. Well, I got a little tired of the run around and decided to go with a shop I knew did quality work. I started out at LaMettry's Inver Grove by my house for an estimate, and I was so happy that they would reach out within their network of shops to see if they could get me an earlier appointment. Now, Chanhassen isn't particularly close to where I live, but I figured it was worth getting the work done sooner. It was so nice to have them call and set up my rental car with my insurance and have it waiting for me when I dropped my car off! Everyone was so friendly, and even when my insurance was being difficult, Chad, the manager, helped me out and sent the paperwork in. I also really like that despite their parking lot being super full, my car was ready and done when they said it would be. Overall, super professional and great customer service!

There was a Tesla collision repair shop in the area, but I chose LaMettry's because they are a Tesla Approved Collision Center, they could start on the repair sooner, and I was able to make initial arrangements with a person rather than on-line. The car required structural repairs so it was transported to their Chanhassen shop and required three months to complete because of the double damage and parts availability. During that time Allen called me twice a week with updates. He also handled all contacts with both insurance companies. He handled coordination with the towing company insurance when I needed a rental car for a week. When I got the car back it was perfect. The new body panel gaps were uniform and symmetrical on both sides. The newly painted panels matched perfectly. Everything worked and the car was beautifully cleaned, detailed and delivered to my local LaMattry's shop for pickup. Thank you Allen. Highly recommended.

Well it grew into a 16 inch crack within 24 hours. I opened a claim with my insurance assuming I had no deductible glass coverage. Apparently I don't. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping. I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp. I work evenings and nights so I was very grateful to be able to work with a customer service rep over email. Mary was always very responsive to my questions and scheduling an appointment. She gave me a quote that was nearly $100 less than all the other quotes and they would be able to come to me for service. The technician assigned to me was John. He is a customer service dream! Kind, genuine and communicated all the information in a very easily understandable fashion. My garage has a low clearance and he took extra care to make sure that his vehicle would not cause any damage. It seems like an obvious thing, however, there are some really heavy damage on our garage doors because people don't take the extra time to see if they really fit. The whole thing from the time he called to tell me he was on the way to the end was 45 minutes. The glass is great (actually shows now how dirty the rest of my car is...). I had all the "dos and don'ts" post installation. They took my credit card and was processed at the beginning of the job. I would gladly and highly recommend Glass Today. Ignore the 1-star guy. Overtorqued and Overpriced. Same Labor Rates as Dealership…read moreat about $200 per Hour with Hit and Miss Repairs. NOT Happy. Went in for a full brake job on a 2010 Prius. I supplied pads and rotors for all 4 axles. Was informed that, in addition, both rear calipers needed replacement. Total bill was estimated at about $1800. I swallowed hard and said OK. Went in to pick up vehicle next day. Lug Nuts were over torqued on all 4 wheels forcing me to return vehicle. Promised all was good. One week later, replaced rear brake caliper was leaking and turning on multiple dash lights. Asked for a price reduction from their $1100 labor bill (for 5 hours work). I was told "You agreed to it." How about I agree to never let you touch my families' vehicles again and inform the public of your sloppy and overpriced service?! I requested to take my vehicle to an alternate shop of my choice to complete repairs at Victory's expense. Victory insisted that I return it to them. Questions about how my vehicle was repaired went unanswered / ignored. Two separate inquires from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Minnesota State Attorney General's office could not get them to admit their sloppy work. My position is that Victory Auto has failed to demonstrate a level of competency from their two prior errors that I can in good faith trust them to complete the repairs completely and safely. Hence my request for reimbursement and to take my vehicle to an alternate garage of my choice. You may think that I'm a whiny customer who is never satisfied. I don't believe that's true. I had an ongoing relationship with another garage that lasted over 30 years. That garage owner has since retired. In those 30 years, I NEVER had a single issue with a vehicle's repair quality. Since visiting Victory, I am two for two on Poor / Subpar service. First visit, they misdiagnosed an AC issue. I eventually solved it myself. Second and more serious visit, I am left with a vehicle that I have had to have another shop correct Victory's errors for an additional $400 prior to it being road worthy. I'm 63 years old. Been wrenching and working on cars since I was 13. I've never seen a more messed up Shop. AVOID!

Honestly, their work is excellent BUT for anyone who has a rarer and nicer than usual car, please have second thoughts about coming here. I had a few issues with how they treated my car and how they had a few hard pulls in my car without consent since the car was only in for paintwork. Every time i got my car back, there was always some issue caused by the shop. NOTE FOR THE SHOP: People are watching and they paid for these vehicles with their hard earned money. Please treat customer cars with more respect and don't joyride their vehicles
