I had to order the part ahead…read moreof time, waited more than a month until they could get the part in and schedule a time to fix it, and then on the day of repair they proceed to tell me they had originally misdiagnosed the issue and that I'd have to start from scratch and order a new, more expensive part, including a more costly repair job because of increased labor time. When I refused and said I wanted a complete refund of the money I'd already paid for the original part, the rep told me he'd have to consult with their accounting department to process the refund. No effort on their part to make it right by offering to pay the difference for the new part, discount the repair job, or even immediately credit my bank account for the incorrect part (they had no issues charging me immediately when I paid for the part funny enough)...nothing but a shrug and a vague promise that I'd get a call from them "in a few days" to process my refund. And guess what? I haven't heard from them since. The motto at the top of their invoices reads, "Every customer leaves with a smile." Certainly was NOT the experience I had. My advice? Take your vehicle to a trusted national brand like Caliber and don't waste your time with a local shop that is sloppy, poorly managed and values their bottom line over customer satisfaction.
