A friend told me about LaMettry's so I tried them as a comparison. The process was slick - online at first, followed by a call with a very experienced person. They asked to see the car to give me the best quote, which was much more reasonable than expected. I worked with Chris in Minnetonka, and he was upbeat, knowledgable and can-do. He was creative about fixing a broken speaker screen inside the vehicle that otherwise required replacing the entire door. We had great communication throughout the process, and when I picked up the car, Chris had gone out of his way to touch up a variety of small dings and scratches with matching paint all over the exterior. I was thrilled and grateful. My experience was incredibly good and I recommend their services enthusiastically.
