This place told me they had the part and could have it done in two days. I drove my car 25 minutes out of my way from St. Paul to get to the shop. The day it was due to be compketed they called me and told me they NOW couldn't get the part for another 10 days. To add insult to injury when I got there to pick my car up, they had told me they had taped the car up for me on the voicemail that they left but when I got there, the car had not been taped up at all. So essentially i drive 50 minutes round trip for nothing - A complete WASTE of TIME. They are confused and clueless. Highly advised not to use this shop, go to HAAS automotive glass in Saint Paul. His insurance gave…read moreme their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!

She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs.
