The team was professional and courteous throughout the entire job and kept us well informed of the work to be completed each week. We were so impressed by the experience and efficiency of the team and it shows in the quality workmanship of the new space. The skylights and trim add a brightness and high end style to the room and the fireplace kept the space at a toasty 70 degrees even when the temps outside fell below 40. This addition was worth every penny and we would highly recommend Pro-Built to anyone looking to add a screened porch or 3-season room to their home.

Our friends highly recommended Nick and his team and we are so happy with the result. Now when our friends and family visit we all just naturally gravitate to that room. The design is very functional, we can see the backyard, without being bit by mosquitoes and the room is beautiful. The thing I like is that Nick provides ideas that helped us picture the result in our minds and then we selected the options we wanted... tiled floors, coffered walls, skylights, storage, etc. etc., but the fine construction details are what really makes it a special new part of our house. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I worked with Frank Blue just after Thanksgiving to discuss having my screened in porch enclosed to…read morebe a 3 season room. He sat in my house, started a recording without notifying either myself or my husband that we would recorded. As we wrapped up the scope of work, Frank showed me the picture below and said, "Your porch will look like this excepted the pitched roof". And then he sent me a contract for $30,000 that I signed without having an attorney review for complete scope and it didn't have all the costs in it to make the exterior of my porch look like the one in the picture, but how was I supposed to know that, I'm not a construction expert. I believed in Frank, I trusted him and now I am being threatened by the regional manager, Jordan, with defamation law suit. I spoke the truth and somehow this is defamation? Frank lied to my face in my own home, these people refuse to acknowledge their mistake and all this misery and bad feelings over someone who tried to bring in a deal by promising one thing and only writing the contract for the dollar amount he told me it would be. He knew that to achieve the complete look and feel he promised me it was going to cost more than he quoted and rather than picking up the phone to admit there was a mistake, he did what he had to get the deal done. And then, then they send out a work crew who doesn't speak a word of English. And they try to replace the original stairs for the screened in porch from the yard with only 3 risers when it technically needed 4, but that would require a handrail by NC building standards, so they tried to cheap out. I had to pay out of pocket to have another contractor do the work that should have been part of the deal. There is NOTHING I am saying that is not true. Never do business with this company. I'm not the only one.

I chose Patio Enclosures because I had a great experience with Great Day Improvements. I do like…read morethe patio room. It seems to be beautiful and sturdy. The stress free process that they promised was not delivered. We were told that once the construction actually started, it would only take a few days. The construction started on October 10th and was not finished when new years day rolled around. They definitely have internal communication issues. There were days when we expected someone to be working on the house and no one showed up. The project manager didn't seem to know or care what was happening at the job site. There were failed inspections, more due to the office not following town processes for paperwork than quality of work. The structure was up before Thanksgiving, but the electrical contractor was backed up and we had to wait 10 to 14 days for each visit. (That company had great communication and professionalism.) Overall, I would say that this company did not deliver the low stress experience. Because my husband has Lupus and stress actually makes him physically ill, I would absolutely would not do this again. They did offer financing through Greensky. I chose this. This did allow them to charge the account incrementally at various stages per the contract. My complaint was that they charged the final payment as soon as the basic structure was up. I still had to wait months for it to be completed. I would respect an honest timeline of work and communication that kept me up to date, so that I didn't stay home on days when no one was showing up to work.

She scheduled an appointment for me to meet with them to get a quote for replacement windows. That appointment didn't go anywhere. The "marketing director" was disappointed that my wife and I weren't both available at the same time (even though she mentioned this to them when making the appointment) so he only offered to walk around outside and count the windows to give us a "ballpark" idea. He explained that he needed both homeowners so that we would be ready to sign when his presentation was over. He clarified that we were being given a quote to be a "marketing home" with a significant discount and those are "first come, first serve." I responded that he was our 3rd of 4 quotes, and I wasn't going to sign or proceed until I'd received all quotes, and that my whole objective of scheduling the appointment was to get the windows measured and have a formal quote. That didn't interest him, and he declined and left without any quote or estimate. Now looking over the marketing material they left with my wife, I don't know that they even sell windows to non-"marketing homes." If you look at the picture, it says "because our marketing director will need to answer all questions at one time." It all felt very high pressure and I'm disappointed I moved my schedule around to give this company an hour of my time.

The installation team was on task and always cleaned up at each step, changing out 35 windows in less than 2 days. They were courteous and mindful of our need to move 5 pets around. The workmanship is outstanding; the trim design complements the styled window frames. The windows have a superior design and warranty. While the specifications speak for themselves, it is worth noting the unique seals, interlocks and latches that provide safety and energy efficiency. We enjoy the new views from our windows and look forward to the reduction of energy costs. We highly recommend Energy One windows.

Common theme here with Four Season Sunrooms of Raleigh…read more Bob Gustavson came to our house and we signed a contract on 12/14/2024 for a Four Season Sunroom and a deck. Bob explained that the work should commence in April of 2025 and be completed by end of April 2025. Total job of $65K (10x18 deck and about 13x15 sunroom, just for reference in case anyone wants to know) $18K down payment. Initial framing and demolition started relatively on-time on April 14, 2025. (The workers left the job site a mess, concrete junks left out, 6 full concrete bags left in the driveway on a pallet, dirt piles left in yard that as of June 28th has still yet to be cleaned-up. Grass is now grown over the dirt piles.) End of April came and that is when the delays, lies and excuses began. Upon inquiry to Bob Gustavson, I was given excuse after excuse. Turns out at the end of April, the material for the sunroom had not yet even been ordered?? Another 3-4 weeks. Throughout the month of May no activity was done on the project. Despite continued calls to Bob and empty promises and continued convenient excuses of "rain" is causing delays. We are still (as of June 28th) wondering if the sunroom portion of our project has even been delivered. We continue to be lied to and hearing Bob say that the workers will come out and once they start, the project will be completed in two weeks. Friday, June 6th, Bob tells me the workers will come out first thing Monday morning June 9th. The workers come out on Monday, work for about 1 hour and then leave and do not see them for the rest of the week. You can see from pictures, when the workers started the deck, they took off the siding and now the house is exposed to the elements. Very shoddy work The week of June 23rd, the workers finally come out to start the deck (which should have been the easiest part of the project) and to our astonishment and my wife's disdain, the wrong Trex decking was put down. We had ordered the Biscayne (which was a higher quality product) and Bob Gustavson took it upon himself to order and install the Pebble Grey (two graded lower quality) When we questioned Bob about why the wrong Trex decking was installed he claimed the other color was no longer available. I called Trex and that was a lie, it is readily available. So Bob took it upon himself without consulting with us to install inferior product. The product we chose was written into our contract. So right there, that is the kind of person you are dealing with if you contract with Bob Gustavson and Four Seasons Sunrooms of Raleigh. Bob offered a "discount" for the decking debacle, but it was a low ball offer to try and appease us. Not acceptable. Buyer beware when dealing with Bob Gustavson and Four Seasons Sunrooms of Raleigh. It is obvious that this company has some cash flow issues. Hence the reasons for the constant delays, they cannot work because they need to wait and get money from another client to finish jobs. Bob even admitted to me via text at 12:59pm on Friday, June 27th that "I'm Broke I can't afford it" when asked for a larger discount in regards to the Trex decking debacle. As of this review, the sunroom is not complete, the deck is not complete the yard is a mess.
