Sub par unfinished work. Very expensive. Refused to respond and fix shoddy work. Will have to go to court. Stressful experience.

WELL we started with a screen door for a back slider it tooks months for that !! delay after delay . they had one poor guy to put the door together in the rain i give him 5 ***** the company * . then we had a put in a order for a storm door for the front we had to wait for HOA . then when we ordered it the same excuse they call to tell me they have it then they don`t that went on for awhile then it finally came but it was wrong color then delay again we finally just took the black one instead of the white. then after it was install we noticed a gap at the bottom guess want excuse now on fixing it . we waited and waited now we here that we woluld have to pay to fix it i`am like are you kidding me we just spent $2000.00 on the door!! .the funny thing is i went onto amazon to look for a fix low and behold i found something. and it was less then $ 100.00 we gave then plenty of time too. so if you want a good run around and high prices by all means us them. see attached photos. read more

I have decided not to do any business with this company because I called them twice for general information, and do you think they ever called me back?? NOPE!!!!! The first time I called and said I was looking for an estimate the week of 11-5-18.. They said they left me a vme (BS), I never delete my vme.. I called them on 11-12-18, they gave me an estimate.. Then I'm like ok I would like to see the product, and I was asked to come to them to view the sample, no biggie.. I told the lady I was driving down the road and to text me there address a day and a half has passed and still have yet to hear from them.. Poor customer service!!!! I called these guys after a failed attempt to get Lowe's to duplicate a missing window screen. I was thrilled after my first call to these guys, they seemed professional and very courteous and said they could duplicate a screen for me in a day or two after I drop off the sample. The next day I dropped off the sample screen and was told I would get a call in a day or two when it was complete. That same day I also got an e-mailed invoice so I went ahead and paid it. Then, several days went by with no call ... so I called in to see if my new screen was ready to be picked up. At that point, they couldn't find the sample screen I dropped off and no work had been done. After several minutes on the phone, while they looked for my sample, they assured me that they found it and would have it ready in another few days. Now, over a week later, I still have not received a call so I call again. The screen was ready, so I made plans to pick it up the next day. Well, the next day no one was in the office or returning phone calls. Ultimately I did get my new screen (and the sample I dropped off) but it took a lot longer than I was quoted and their communication was sub par to say the least. read more

Heather with Screen Medics reached out to me after she saw my post. An appointment was made for a quote. From the time I met Rich and through the entire project, I never had to worry about anything. Everything went perfectly. Oscar did the majority of the installation and he was amazing. I am so PLEASED with the finished product. I highly recommend this wonderful company. ScreenMedics is the biggest SCAM and waste of money. After sending an awful crew to fix our screened in porch due to hail damage not only did the not clean anything up, do a good job, but were so negligent that our 1 year old stepped on multiple nails left by their crew. They blamed us. They said it was our fault because we must have damaged them afterwards and they said "too bad about your son," you guys should have gone behind us first before letting your son go out on the porch. When we politely asked again for them to come and fix the $900 job we were told that we were harassing them. Highly do not recommend this business or any other owned by these folks. read more
