After catching up with Angie and Chester, I found it and was happy to pay $79.99 (marked on the shelf and with a tag on it)...went to check out and was told it was $99.99...someone I'd never seen in the 20 years shopping here (Eric the Red days). I pointed out the tag and all the girl had to say was "Sorry, inflation." Her attitude more than anything else prompted this review. I'll pay more and support local, but not for the attitude. FWIW - I ordered it online before leaving the parking lot for $69.99...no attitude either.

This inquiry wouldn't normally bother me, but when I called back to let them know I wouldn't be available to receive the delivery until Saturday as originally scheduled I was met with attitude. I have two request: 1. Please remind your employees to hang up the phone BEFORE THEY START DISPARAGING THE CUSTOMER ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE; and 2. I took a picture of the item in the shelf and the price it was showing and I was told by the manager I could pay the price that it should have been displayed with. I brought the saw back up there about 4 days later. They had the saw for about 4 days. The called me to tell me it was fixed and to come pick it up. They flooded it and discovered the carb was improperly adjusted causing the initial problem. They blamed the flooding on me and said it was not warranty covered. They charged me 20 dollars to get my saw back for something they caused.
