I took a picture of the item in the shelf and the price it was showing and I was told by the manager I could pay the price that it should have been displayed with. I told the manager he could correct the shelf tag but he should sell me one at the price that it was displayed with. He refused to honor the displayed price. This store definitely should be avoided and manager should be retrained. This store is customer no service.

Sure enough... they didn't let me leave the store until they explained what replacement chain to buy when I need to. They put Gas in it and ran it to make sure it didn't have any issues. I go to ace because of the quality of the products they offer. If I have a project or need to do a work around... There are people there that have experience in almost everything I've had to do. The big box stores have lots of stuff... but good luck getting help finding what you're looking for!

I brought the saw back up there about 4 days later. They had the saw for about 4 days. The called me to tell me it was fixed and to come pick it up. When I get there they tell me it was flooded and they had to adjust the carb. It is obvious that they had to try and start it to see what was going on. They flooded it and discovered the carb was improperly adjusted causing the initial problem. They blamed the flooding on me and said it was not warranty covered. They charged me 20 dollars to get my saw back for something they caused. I recommend you buy and service your stihl and Toro yard gear elsewhere to a place that actually cares about its clients and isn't trying to screw them for something the client couldn't have done. These guys have been here forever and no everyone else in town that has also. They have a little bit of everything and in my opinion, couldn't be nicer. They are a Husqvarna dealer as well.
