I brought the saw back up there about 4 days later. They had the saw for about 4 days. The called me to tell me it was fixed and to come pick it up. When I get there they tell me it was flooded and they had to adjust the carb. It is obvious that they had to try and start it to see what was going on. They flooded it and discovered the carb was improperly adjusted causing the initial problem. They blamed the flooding on me and said it was not warranty covered. They charged me 20 dollars to get my saw back for something they caused. I recommend you buy and service your stihl and Toro yard gear elsewhere to a place that actually cares about its clients and isn't trying to screw them for something the client couldn't have done. I don't come here enough but I needed something for our business and couldn't find it. Nice guy…read morehelped me out, we chatted a bit, he told me about the stores return policy (which was helpful to have me make my decision) and then gave me a suggested place to check if the wheel didn't fit. The selection of wheels was good for hand carts but I needed a specific hub size which is hard to find and they had one. Value was cheaper than Amazon so it was simple choice. And I had to return it because when though it measured the right size it didn't work with our specific cart so was no pressure and the sales person doing return was so friendly. Will come back again if I need tools or other things.

We found an old dried out can in the basement and took it to the store. Chaz said he could not guarantee the color match since the color on the walls might have faded and the paint changes over the years. BUT he was WRONG!! The color and paint were so perfect we were able to touch up spots on all our walls and I cannot tell where we touched up and where the original paint starts. FANTASTIC and I am so happy with the results!!! PS we had color matches from Lowes and Home Depot which were Okay but still too shiny, very disappointed. Should have gone to SW to begin with!! THANKS SHERWIN - WILLIAMS and Chaz!!!
