He didn't greet me or make any attempt to help me unload until I asked and then said the carts were full. There was already a sidewalk full of previous donations so I proceeded to add to the pile. Our donations were neatly boxed, taped, and not too heavy but he sighed with each removal. No offer of a receipt or even a thank you for the donation. Wow...definitely will rethink where our next donation goes...lack of appreciation and poor customer service doesn't set well.

In particular, Spencer Ripley has gone out of his way to offer support, encouragement, hands on guidance, and training. To be honest I am still stunned at the level of support offered by Spencer and his team.
