I was just in there trying to pick up flooring I bought yesterday. The entire staff acted as if I was a bother. I saw a guy that used to work there doing something else for a living. Now I think I know why. Customer Service was horrible. No one cares and customers are an inconvenience. read more

Why do you have to ask for your purchase to be gagged? they just ring you up and the purchase just lies there unbaked and the customer has to ask for it to be bagged, and the employee says"Oh".....am I missing something......the third time this has happened to me.....at the Home Depot. read more

Bought some wheat straw and had to call into the store after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come out and unlock the trailer so I could get it.10 more minutes still no one showed up, so I went inside and asked for my money back. The 3 lady's standing around behind the returns desk told me that a lot of employees had call out sick. "But 3 of them could stand around doing nothing". I asked to see the manager and after another 7 minutes they couldn't find him either "I told them that that obviously a sign of the recent cultural problems with all Home Depot locations took my money and went to tractor supply. read more

We ordered double front doors from our Calhoun,GA Home Depot. It was the worst possible experience. We went to the store where they helped us order the correct doors. The doors came in but the wrong frame was ordered by HD. They told us that they had reordered the frame, so we started the waiting game. My husband went down there almost every day, and often missed the person he needed to see. He was told on these trips that he would get a call back, and he never got one. Ever. I finally called customer service and they discovered that the frame was NEVER ORDERED. So they reordered the whole thing, and each time we checked on them they were going to check and call us. They never called back- not once , with the exception that they did call right after I contacted customer service. The second set of doors came in, and it wasn't until 6 days later that we got a call from installation. The doors look great, but we will NEVER order anything like that from them again. They did compensate us for their incompetence, as they should have. read more

Great store with a lot of helpful people. I had 2 people tell me good afternoon and asked if I needed help by the time I got through the door. One of the best home depots I've been to. Management has their team up to par with training. The employees here are extremely knowledgeable and got me everything I needed. I definitely will visit this store again!
