I am the customer; I'm just trying to buy something and not bothering you during the day. Take it out on the real problem, not me. I have also had bad experiences in person, where reps are having conversations with other co-workers and completely ignore me as the customer while I am standing in the front of the line. This place is a hit or a miss with customer service.
