They have both a new and previously loved section so there are some great deals for readers on a budget. I did not have a chance to interact with any of the staff but I did overhear them helping so customers and they seem to be very happy to help people find books they will love. There is also a dog inside and he loves to show off his toys and receive pets! I overheard a conversation going on between a customer and the owner/worker where they mentioned that there is a book club where they bring food/snacks to it, which sounded pretty neat.
