Yesterday, 8/23/2024, I brought in the pressure hose to the same pressure washer because the hose leaked slightly at the connections to both the unit and the wand. The technician was able to show me the problem - the o-rings where the hose connects to the pressure washer/wand. Took him about 10 minutes to replace them and educate me as to how to extend the life of the o-rings. Their professionalism, courtesy, quality service, and reasonable prices ensure I will be back should I require their services in the future.
