We bought an Ashley Cannonbrook sectional that was delivered in August 2024. Within about 100 days of normal family use, the seats were sagging, the cushions lost their shape, and one of the main seams ripped open so the inside material is exposed. This is not normal wear and tear for a new sectional. Furniture of Dalton submitted a claim to Ashley, but Ashley called it normal wear and tear and only offered filler and casings with no labor. After that, the store told me they could not do anything further to help. When I spoke with Terry Parmer, I did not feel like he was trying to find a solution. As a Client Relations Manager myself, the way this was handled felt very dismissive and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than taking care of a longtime customer. At this point I have had to go through my bank, BBB, and consumer protection just to try to get a fair resolution. All I am asking for is a refund and for them to pick up the defective sectional. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Furniture of Dalton again.

It also has a wide range of styles from rustic farmhouse to modern. So far I have purchased a unique entertainment center, made from reclaimed wood and an amazing dining table. There is so much to choose from so be sure to plan a little time to look around. Customer service has a strong point. Don has been really helpful and is someone I would recommend asking for. The guys in the shipping department were also helpful and careful with our purchases. They have an outlet store that almost shares the same parking lot. Be sure to price check! Overall, this place has a lot going for it. I would recommend it for sure
