He was so patient and kind while I sat on every single couch! He helped me measure and price them AND he hand delivered it a few days later! He is exceptional! I will absolutely be returning simply because Phillip was that great! He made shopping smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Not a typical Lowe's that I'm used to seeing down in south Florida! Found it unique while visiting…read morethe area that this Lowe's sells clothing! That was a first for me and found it interesting. Overall, basic set up as other Lowe's that I've been to as it's always clean and organized. Sought assistance for an interior door handle and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable as he was able to answer my questions and even help me locate the product I need! They always have a variety to choose from with different price points to accommodate any budget one may have.

However, when I tried to make some purchases here, they first said they don't take American Express. After speaking to the accounts department I learned that they can and do take American Express, but they charge you a whopping 10% premium! Unbelievable! OK, I understand that AMEX fees can be (only) a half of percent higher than other cards, but this is crazy, crooked, and unethical (and maybe illegal, I don't now). In addition, their prices are higher, their quality has slipped, and their customer service is terrible (the delivery guy was great, though). It was too late to cancel my order, so I used a personal card instead of my business AMEX. Never again, though. They just lost a customer.
