Do not hire this company!! I've paid over $12,000 for a new AC and heating system and still had…read moreproblems! They installed the AC two years ago through my homeowners insurance and when the heat stopped working I called them back. They said the heating system need to be replaced and they were looking for a compatible unit for the Rheem AC system they had previously installed. That was in May of 2025. I paid an additional almost $7000 for the heating system and their repairs. It was still not functioning and was told by Dave to just run it emergency mode. I paid to have the work inspected and it turns out Dave used parts and equipment that were not compatible and used duct tape to make it all kind of go together. There were open wires left hanging and it was stated by the inspector that it was the worst job he had seen in his 13 years of experience. Dave left trash and all the parts from the old unit under the house in the crawl space. Dave promised to refund me when confronted and stated he did not have time to complete the job. He has failed to give me the refund he promised and is also not taking my calls. I am now working on filing a lawsuit and have filed a police report for fraud and theft by trick or device. I paid for work not done and work it appears he had no ability to do. I questioned his license status as a AC/Heating technician and he refused to answer the question. If you've had issues with this company, please contact me and report it!

Margo knew exactly what to show us! She has great taste and is a wealth of information! We learned so much! That day, we picked out our premium vinyl and Margo sent us home with carpet color samples. We thought we knew which color we wanted...but living with the samples in home, it helped us chose the correct color for us (not our original choice Lol) Since we are new to the area, we asked about references for some contractors in the area. They were able to help us with all our needs! Locust Trading Company isn't just a flooring company, they do complete remodels! They were fabulous, quick and efficient! Keevon was so efficient and quick working with premium vinyl and he is a whiz at trim work! Manny and Kenny installed a fabulous dog yard for our fur babies!
